Abstract: The invention provides a resource portfolio processing method, device, apparatus, and computer storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring search popularity ratings to which respective network resources belong, based on search volume data of the respective network resources in a network resource portfolio; evaluating the portfolio value of the network resource portfolio to obtain an evaluation result, based on the search popularity ratings to which the respective network resources belong; determining whether or not the network resource portfolio needs to be adjusted based on the evaluation result. The technical solutions of the invention solves the problem of how to determine whether it is necessary to adjust a network resource portfolio so as to facilitate the timely adjustment of the network resource portfolio and give full play to the advantages of network resources.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present disclosure discloses a data transfer method and device. The data transfer method comprises: receiving live data streams sent by at least two camera devices, wherein the live data streams are sent after being coded by the camera devices according to a first protocol; performing protocol conversion on each of the live data streams and obtaining converted live data streams; and uploading the converted live data streams to a live server at the same time. Therefore, the live data streams of a plurality of camera devices can be transferred through a router, and live video communication is more diversified.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method, an electronic device, and a computer-readable medium for quickly searching video segments. The method includes: analyzing each frame at a server, setting a frame as a starting frame, and recording a time point when the starting frame appears; when the video feature appears in each frame following the staring frame, accumulating the number of the video feature until the video feature does not appear in an ending frame, and then forming a video segment; and when the video feature is selected at a client, acquiring, a list of the video feature appears from the server, and automatically searching a time point when the video feature appears in the video. Compared with a searching method regarding a fixed time point in the prior art, searching a video segment with respect to a specified video feature employed in the present disclosure is more convenient and quicker.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method and apparatus for synchronizing data so as to address the problem in the prior art that only on-demand videos but not live videos can be synchronized in the existing technologies of video data synchronization. In the method according to the disclosure, after a server determines that a video played by a second device bound with a first device is a live video, the server determines an end time of a program corresponding to the live video played by the second device, according to lastly determined progression information of the video played by the second device; and the server transmits a first Uniform Resource Locator (URL) network address corresponding to a channel of the live video to the first device upon determining from the end time that the program corresponding to the live video is not terminated.

Abstract: Low-molecular weight gadolinium (Gd)-based MR contrast agents for PSMA-specific Ti-weighted MR imaging are disclosed. The (Gd)-based MR contrast agents exhibit high binding affinity for PSMA and exhibit specific Ti contrast enhancement at PSMA+ cells. The PSMA-targeted Gd-based MR contrast agents can be used for PSMA-targeted imaging in vivo. 86Y-labeled PSMA-binding ureas also are provided, wherein the PSMA-binding ureas also are suitable for use with other radiotherapeutics.

During the initializing of the corresponding character container according to the language environment, it is determined whether the language environment belongs to Latin languages. When the language environment belongs to Latin languages, the character container is initialized to store utf-8 encoded data. Otherwise, the character container is initialized to store utf-16 encoded data.

When being powered on, the mobile front end can determine to access a video surveillance platform to which it belongs according to the geographic location where it is located; and when being moved to the area of other video surveillance platforms, the mobile front end can automatically negotiate to access a corresponding video surveillance platform.

Abstract: Compositions and methods for chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) based magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or frequency labeled exchange (FLEX) imaging are disclosed. Beta-hydroxycarboxylate and beta-aminocarboxylate derivatives including salicylic acid, salicylates, salicylic acid prodrugs, N-alkyl/aryl/acyl/sulfonyl-anthranilic acid analogs, and any aromatic compound with OH/NH group ortho to the carboxylic acid group are disclosed. Such compounds can be used as general MRI organic contrast agents and produce significantly improved contrast in MR images detectable through CEST or FLEX.

Abstract: The invention features novel heterocyclic compounds that are useful as MRI contrast agents. Specifically, the invention relates to a novel class of MRI contrast agents that produce significantly improved contrast in MR images that is detectable through chemical exchange saturation transfer (CEST) or frequency labeled exchange (FLEX) imaging. The MRI contrast agents of the invention include those delineated in the formulae provided herein. The invention also relates to various methods in which the MRI contrast agents are employed. Kits and pharmaceutical compositions thereof are also provided.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a large-version light guide sheet using a mask plate, comprising: adopting a mask plate containing a plurality of regions, performing selective polymerization on a photopolymerizable material mixture which is coated on a large-version light guide substrate (401) by means of the mask plate, and forming a raised or depressed microstructure (402) on the large-version light guide substrate (401), so as to constitute a large-version light guide sheet. The large-version light guide sheet comprises a plurality of units (U11, U12, U13, U14). By dividing the large-version light guide sheet, a plurality of discrete unit light guide sheets that are used for an LCD backlight source and an LED lighting assembly are obtained. The method overcomes the limitations of ink jet printing, injection molding, laser etching and other technologies, and improves the production rate of high-performance thinned light guide sheets.

Abstract: The present application provides methods for obtaining single cells from a sample. Methods for isolating and analyzing molecular features obtained from a single cell are also disclosed herein. For example, individual circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from a sample such as a patient's blood sample can be identified and obtained using methods disclosed herein, and picked for further analysis.
