Abstract: A support plate mounted on the inner side wall of an inner drum has a through hole corresponding to drain openings formed in the wall of the drum, and a gap between the support plate and the side wall of the inner drum forms a space for valve plugs of sealing valves to move up and down; a mounting sleeve installed on the upper side of the support plate has an inner through hole coaxially arranged with the through hole in the support plate, so that the valve plugs of the sealing valves are coaxially installed in the inner through hole and can move up and down. A drain opening formed in the side wall of the inner drum is provided with a sealing valve installed on the inner drum via the sealing valve structure.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of washing machines, in particular to a washing barrel and a washing machine having the washing barrel. The washing barrel is configured to accommodate washing water. The washing barrel comprises a barrel body and a drainage channel being arranged on a side wall of the barrel body and configured to discharge washing water in the barrel body out of the barrel body during dehydrating. The drainage channel is provided with a water inlet communicated with an inside of the barrel body; and the barrel body is provided with a guiding part used to guide washing water in the barrel body into the water inlet during dehydrating. The present disclosure has the following beneficial effects: through setting the guiding part, the washing water is guided to the drainage channel and discharged through the drainage channel to realize rapid dehydration.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the field of washing machines, in particular relates to a washing barrel and a washing machine provided with the washing barrel. The washing barrel can accommodate washing water, a side wall of the washing barrel is provided with a drainage channel for discharging washing water in the washing barrel during dehydrating, and the drainage channel is provided with a water guiding part to guide washing water in the drainage channel to discharge rapidly. Through setting a water guiding part, washing water entering the drainage channel can be discharged rapidly along the drainage channel under the guidance of the water guiding part, and drainage can be realized with no need of reducing rotating speed of the washing barrel, thereby making the drainage smooth, reducing consumption of the motor which drives the washing barrel to rotate, and reducing vibration and noise of the whole machine.

A suspension damping piece and a support damping piece are both connected between the washing machine shell and the outer barrel. The suspension damping piece suspends the outer barrel in the washing machine shell and the support damping piece supports the outer barrel. The support damping piece and the suspension damping piece work together to reduce the shaking of the inner barrel and the outer barrel. The washing machine includes various kinds of damping pieces which are installed to realize mutual coordination and cooperative shock absorption, so that the vibration of the washing machine in all directions can be reduced. Also, the probability that the barrel assembly hits the washing machine shell in the washing process can be greatly reduced.

The water drainage channel comprises a water channel casing and at least part of a washing drum wall, and one side, facing the washing drum wall, of the water channel casing is provided with a cut-through groove, the water channel casing is fastened on the washing drum wall, and forms a water flow channel together with the washing drum wall.

Through setting a fixed structure and a supporting structure, use of suspension damping pieces is reduced, thereby being more beneficial for capacity expansion, and reducing shaking of a washing drum assembly.

The inner drum is a tapered drum with a smaller diameter at one end and a larger diameter at the other end. A draining flow passage is arranged at the larger diameter end. One end of the draining flow passage communicates with the larger diameter end. The other end of the draining flow passage penetrates the inner drum and communicates with a drain pipe. The inner drum rotates and washing water flows to the larger diameter end along the tapered inner wall by centrifugal force. Washing water is drained out from the inner drum through the draining flow passage arranged at the larger diameter end and then drained out through the drain pipe to realize the discharge of washing water.
