The cushion includes a first usage surface and a second usage surface that are arranged oppositely. The fixing structure includes a first connecting member and a second connecting member that are detachably connected. The first connecting member is arranged on the frame body, and the second connecting member is arranged on the cushion. The second connecting member is switchable between a first usage state and a second usage state. The second connecting member is connected to the first connecting member when being in the first usage state, to expose the first usage surface for use; and the second connecting member is connected to the first connecting member when being in the second usage state, to expose the second usage surface for use.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for making repair decisions to improve resilience of a utility distribution network (UDN). A graph convolutional network (GCN) integrates reinforcement learning to provide an integrated model framework, in which the GCN encodes the information of the UDN, such as topology and operating characteristics. A neural network is connected to the GCN, and the framework trains the neural network to provide a recovery sequence based on the current state (e.g., a damaged state) of the UDN based one or more performance indicators.

Abstract: In a described example, a system for leak detection and localization is provided. The system includes a water distribution network (WDN) partition stage programmed to cluster a WDN model into partition zones based on applying a modified k-means clustering algorithm to leakage characteristic data and physical connectivity data. A leakage monitoring stage can be programmed to detect the occurrence of leakage in the WDN and provide leak detection data based on applying a trained unsupervised leakage detection machine-learning model to the partition zones and sensor data. The leakage monitoring stage can also provide localization data to identify a location of a leakage zone in the WDN based on feeding the leak detection data to a localization machine-learning model.

Also disclosed are an intermediate compound 3 and a preparation method thereof. The method for preparing a dabigatran etexilate intermediate of the present invention has the advantages of simple process, easy operation, high yield, and easy purification, thus being suitable for industrial production.

Abstract: A method of assessing soil heave includes providing a plurality of determined values of a shear modulus of soil, the determined values being values of the shear modulus of the soil at different times; and determining a change over time in the shear modulus of the soil, based on the plurality of determined values of the shear modulus of the soil. The soil may have been treated by adding a stabilizer to the soil. The soil may be hydrated. A system for assessing soil heave includes a bender element disposed in soil, for determining a change over time of a shear modulus of the soil, and a time domain reflectometer probe disposed in the soil, for determining a change over time of moisture content of the soil. The determined change over time of the shear modulus and the determined change over time of the moisture content are used to assess heaving of the soil.
