The SN information corresponding to the same secondary base station associated with the UE while previously connected to the source master base station.     Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to on-demand ultra-reliable, low-latency communication (URLLC) are provided. In one embodiment, a base station (BS) receives, from a user equipment (UE) in a first cell frequency, a request for a protocol data unit (PDU) session over a network slice. The BS receives, from a core network entity, a resource configuration request for the PDU session over the network slice. The BS transmits, to the core network entity, a resource configuration response indicating a cause for rejecting the resource configuration request. In one embodiment, a UE transmits, in a first cell frequency of a network, a network registration request message requesting a network slice of the network that is not provided by the first cell frequency. The UE receives a network registration response message indicating the network slice is allowed based on a second cell frequency of the network providing the network slice requested.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for measuring, filtering, and reporting cross-link interference (CLI) in cases where not all aggressor user equipments (UEs) are transmitting signals that can be measured by a victim UE. A UE may obtain a set of CLI measurements by performing CLI measurements during a set of CLI measurement occasions. The UE may determine a first subset of the set of CLI measurements that satisfy a CLI measurement threshold and a second subset of the set of CLI measurements that do not satisfy the CLI measurement threshold. The UE may apply a filter to the first subset of the set of CLI measurements, and suppress the filter for the second subset of the set of CLI measurements, to obtain a filtered CLI measurement value. The UE may transmit the filtered CLI measurement value to a base station.

Generally, the described techniques provide for sending, from an upper layer at a transmitting device to a lower layer at the transmitting device, an indication by which the lower layer determines that a packet is to be transmitted as either an initial transmission or as a retransmission. The lower layer at the transmitting device may then determine a transmission process for transmitting the packet based on the indication, and the transmitting device may transmit the packet in accordance with the transmission process. Because the lower layer may identify whether the packet is to be transmitted as either the initial transmission or the retransmission, the lower layer may adapt the transmission process to improve the chances that the packet is received by a receiving device or to limit overhead.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to measurement and event reporting from a distributed unit (DU) of a disaggregated base station to a central unit (CU) of the disaggregated base station. The measurement reports can be sent by DU periodically or the measurement reports can be event-triggered based on the reporting configuration.
