Abstract: Disclosed is a method for structural damage monitoring for whole-machine life test of small turboshaft engine, comprising: determining a failure mode based on load borne by typical components of the small turboshaft engine in a service process and common failure forms, screening a structural damage index of a non-major component based on a coupling relationship between structural damages, selecting a destructive damage of components in the small turboshaft engine and an indirect damage causing changes in material properties of key component, planning a structural damage monitoring means based on the failure mode, the structural damage index, the destructive damage, and the indirect damage, designing an accelerated mission test platform of the small turboshaft engine, and designing a torque automatic loading scheme of an eddy current dynamometer, and testing the small turboshaft engine, and performing damage monitoring of the small turboshaft engine based on the planned structural damage monitoring means.

Abstract: A component of a cellular user equipment (UE) device is configured to detect adverse radio link conditions. The component monitors a plurality of layers of a communication stack of the UE device during an active voice call. Responsive to monitoring the plurality of layers, the component detects at least one adverse radio link condition associated with the active voice call. The component provides a radio link degradation indication to a second component of the UE device in response to detecting the at least one adverse radio link condition.

Abstract: An automatic disinfection machine for plant tissue culture explants, comprising a water tank, a disinfection basket, solution bottles, pumps and a valve, wherein the solution bottles are arranged in multiple and respectively filled with disinfectants and sterile water, on the water tank are provided a water inlet and a water outlet, the disinfection basket is detachably placed inside the water tank to hold plant tissues, each of the solution bottles is connected to the water inlet through one of the pumps, and the valve is provided at the water outlet and is opened at a specified time after the pumps are started. In the present invention, a controller is arranged to open the pumps and the valve, so to infuse disinfectants or sterile water into the water tank, as well as automatically discharge disinfectants or sterile water from the water tank, thereby performing disinfection and rinsing automatically without manual operation.

Abstract: Wireless communication between two electronic devices may be used to determine a distance between the two devices, even in the presence of an otherwise-disruptive attacker. A wireless receiver system of one device may receive a true wireless ranging signal from a first transmitting device and a false wireless ranging signal from an attacker. The wireless receiver system may correlate the wireless signals with a known preamble sequence and perform channel estimation using the result, obtaining a channel impulse response for the wireless signals. The wireless receiver system may filter the channel impulse response for the plurality of wireless signals by removing at least part of the channel impulse response due to the false wireless ranging signal while not removing at least part of the channel impulse response due to the true wireless ranging signal. The receiver system may perform a wireless ranging operation using the filtered channel impulse response.

Abstract: A picture decoding method includes determining motion information of a to-be-decoded block; obtaining a first decoding prediction block of the to-be-decoded block based on the motion information; performing motion search with first precision in the prediction reference picture block to obtain at least two second decoding prediction blocks; performing downsampling on the first decoding prediction block and the at least two second decoding prediction blocks to obtain a first sampling pixel array and at least two second sampling pixel arrays, respectively; calculating a difference between the first sampling pixel array and each of the second sampling pixel arrays, and using, as a target prediction motion vector, a motion vector corresponding to a second sampling pixel array with a minimum difference; and obtaining a target decoding prediction block of the to-be-decoded block based on the target prediction motion vector, and decoding the to-be-decoded block based on the target decoding prediction block.

Abstract: Disclosed are support-activators and catalyst compositions comprising the support-activators for polymerizing olefins in which the support-activator includes clay heteroadduct, prepare from a colloidal phyllosilicate such as a colloidal smectite clay, which is chemically-modified with a heterocoagulation agent. By limiting the amount of heterocoagulation reagent relative to the colloidal smectite clay as described herein, the smectite heteroadduct support-activator is a porous and amorphous solid which can be readily isolated from the resulting slurry by a conventional filtration process, and which can activate metallocenes and related catalysts toward olefin polymerization. Related compositions and processes are disclosed.

The tetrahydroisoquinoline compound of the present invention has a good inhibitory effect on phosphodiesterase (PDE4), and can be used in the prevention, treatment or auxiliary treatment of multiple diseases associated with the activity or expression of phosphodiesterase, especially PDE4-associated immune and inflammatory diseases, such as psoriasis and arthritis.

Abstract: A lightweight, ballistic and blast-resistant multi-phase composite armor material based on a high-toughness heterogeneous interfacial layer, including a crack-arresting layer, a bullet-breaking layer, an energy-absorbing layer, and a support layer. The crack-arresting layer, the bullet-breaking layer, the energy-absorbing layer, and the support layer are stacked in sequence from a bullet-accepting side to the inside. Adjacent two layers are bonded with an adhesive film layer. The crack-arresting layer and the support layer are both made of a carbon fiber composite. The bullet-breaking layer is made of ceramic. The energy-absorbing layer is made of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber composite. The adhesive film layer is made of a high-toughness heterogeneous interfacial adhesive.

The first coil is configured to be located within a recess in the nanocrystalline sheet and is positioned between the second coil and the nanocrystalline sheet. The first terminal is connected to the third terminal and the second terminal is connected to the fourth terminal to electrically connect the first coil to the second coil. Abstract: Various implementations described herein include methods and systems for coding video. In one aspect, a video bitstream includes a current image frame and a first syntax element for a bi-predictive intra block copy (IBC) mode. Based on the first syntax element, it is determined that a current coding block of the current image frame is coded with two reference coding blocks located in a reconstructed portion of the current image frame according to the bi-predictive IBC mode. The two reference coding blocks corresponding to the current coding block are identified in the reconstructed portion of the current image frame. A target weight associated with the two reference coding blocks is adaptively determined for the current coding block, and used to combine the two reference coding blocks and predict the current coding block. The current image frame is reconstructed, and includes the current coding block.
