Abstract: A MOF-derived nitrogen-cobalt heterogeneous nano-box electrocatalyst, along with its preparation method and application, is disclosed. The preparation involves the following steps: S1: preparing a ZIF-67 template; S2: dissolving the ZIF-67 template in anhydrous methanol through ultrasonic stirring to form solution A; S3: dissolving 1H-1,2,3-triazole in anhydrous methanol to form solution B; S4: combining solutions A and B, stirring, allowing the mixture to stand, and performing a substitution reaction; S5: centrifuging, drying, and carbonizing the product under nitrogen protection to obtain the electrocatalyst. In this method, 2-methylimidazole in the ZIF-67 framework is partially replaced by a high-energy nitrogen-containing ligand, 1H-1,2,3-triazole, which provides an abundant nitrogen source and locally restricts cobalt atom coordination. As a result, the electrocatalyst exhibits low hydrogen evolution overpotential under alkaline conditions (1 mol/L KOH).

Abstract: The present application relates to a gain compensation method and module and a target voltage determination method. The gain compensation method includes: acquiring angle data of the photomultiplier tube of the detector; the angle data being used for representing a relative angle between the photomultiplier tube and an environmental magnetic field; and outputting a voltage compensation signal to an adjustable power supply circuit according to the angle data; the voltage compensation signal is used for instructing the adjustable power supply circuit to adjust a supply voltage output to each photomultiplier tube, so as to cause an output amplitude of the photomultiplier tube to reach an expected output amplitude.

Abstract: A semiconductor device includes an ultrathin controller die. In embodiments, a semiconductor die is be mounted on a substrate. The die may be thinned by backgrinding before being mounted on the substrate. Thereafter, a protective coating is applied to the die and substrate, and the protective coating is processed to expose an upper, inactive surface of the die. The die is then thinned by a plasma etching process to partially or completely remove the inactive silicon layer of the die. Thereafter, the protective coating may be removed leaving only the ultrathin die on the substrate. In some embodiments, the die is a memory controller die.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a picture prediction method and apparatus. The picture prediction method includes: determining whether a merge mode is used for a current picture block; when the merge mode is used for the current picture block, determining whether a level-1 merge mode is available for the current picture block; when the level-1 merge mode is unavailable, and a high-layer syntax element corresponding to a first merge mode indicates that the first merge mode is forbidden to be used, determining a second merge mode as a target merge mode used for the current picture block, where the first merge mode and the second merge mode are included in a level-2 merge mode; and predicting the current picture block based on the target merge mode. In the embodiments of this application, redundancy generated in a merge mode determining process can be reduced as much as possible.

Abstract: A coaxial waveguide-based geotechnical multi-point deformation sensor and an adjustable gauge-length measurement method are provided. The coaxial waveguide-based geotechnical multi-point deformation sensor includes an outer conductor, open at opposite ends and hollow inside; magnetic metal support frames, inside the outer conductor, sequentially spaced along an axial direction of the outer conductor and each having a through-hole; an inner conductor inside the outer conductor and passing through each through-hole; and annular magnets, surrounding the outer conductor and configured to move along it, driving the nearest magnetic metal support frame to follow its movement. Each magnetic metal support frame acts as a reflection point. By reconstructing the interference spectra of any two reflection points, a gauge-length can exist between any two of the magnetic metal support frames.

Abstract: An image processing method and apparatus are provided. During image matting on an original image, a plurality of segmented images including different regions are first obtained through semantic segmentation. Further, according to the segmented images, lines of different widths are drawn on a contour line of a foreground region to obtain a target trimap. Finally, a target image is generated based on the target trimap. For the target trimap, because lines of different widths are drawn on the contour line of the foreground region, pertinent image matting may be implemented for different regions, so that image matting precision may be improved for a region requiring fine image matting, and image matting precision of another region can also be ensured. In this way, a final image obtained through image matting is fine and natural.

Abstract: An inter prediction method includes obtaining predicted motion information of a current image block, where the predicted motion information is used to obtain one or more motion vectors of the current image block, and the motion vectors include a forward motion vector (MV) and a backward motion vector (MV) for a bidirectional inter prediction. The disclosed method further includes determining a motion vector difference for the current image block, and calculating the motion vectors based on the predicted motion information and the motion vector difference, where the motion vector difference is shared by the forward MV and the backward MV.

Abstract: Provided are a nano-titanium dioxide (NT)/biochar (BC) composite, and a preparation method and use thereof, which belong to the technical field of cement-based materials. NT is introduced into a porous structure of the micron-sized BC, which not only addresses the high aggregation of NT, but also reduces Ca(OH)2 size and crystal growth orientation through effects such as filling and nucleation brought by NT in the porous structure of BC. In this way, more C—S—H gels are generated to fill the pores, thereby improving an interfacial transition zone (ITZ), which enhances the mechanical properties such as compressive strength and flexural strength.

In some cases, the apparatus includes a processor to establish a first context to perform interworking between the first realm and the second realm in response to an offer message from the user equipment. The processor later de-allocates the first context in response to receiving an answer message indicating that a second context performs interworking between the first realm and the third realm. In other cases, the processor bypasses allocation of a context to perform interworking between the second realm and the third realm in response to an indication that the media flow is anchored on an incoming side.
