Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a control channel configuration method, a base station, and a terminal device. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a configuration of a time-frequency resource unit from at least two configurations of a time-frequency resource unit of a control channel; and sending, by the base station, indication information to a terminal device, where the indication information is used to indicate the configuration of the time-frequency resource unit, and the at least two configurations of a time-frequency resource unit include a first configuration and a second configuration. In the embodiments of this application, the base station can flexibly configure the time-frequency resource unit of the control channel. In addition, flexibly configuring a time-frequency resource unit can reduce a probability that time-frequency resource units of different structures are blocked, thereby reducing complexity of detecting the control channel by the terminal device.

The method includes: according to storage information of a storage server, determining the number n of strips to be migrated; selecting n stripes to be migrated from among c full stripes according to a preset migration rule, and selecting, from the n stripes to be migrated, data blocks to be migrated and migrating the data blocks to the newly inserted disks, so that after the migration is completed, the difference in stripe usage between any two disks in the storage server does not exceed 1; and determining data content of check data blocks of the strips so as to complete data migration of the storage server, and determining data content of check data blocks of the c-n strips by means of incremental update of an erasure code.

The method includes determining that the at least one block is to be predicted in a reconstruction-reordered intra block copy (RR-IBC) mode. The method includes obtaining a syntax element from the at least one block, the syntax element indicating a flip mode. The method includes determining whether reconstruction flip is applied to the at least one block. The method includes, in response to determining the reconstruction flip is applied to the at least one block, predicting a flip pattern for the at least one block based on neighboring reconstruction samples of the at least block and a corresponding reference block of the at least one block. The method further includes decoding the at least one block based on the flip mode and the predicted flip pattern.

Abstract: A method for filling carbide blades in cutter head by using a carbide blade cutter head filling device. The carbide blade cutter head filling device includes a feeding unit, a storage unit, a loading unit and a discharging unit which are arranged successively. The output end of the feeding unit is matched with the input end of the storage unit through the guide mechanism. The output end of the storage unit faces a conveying tray of the loading unit. The conveying tray is provided with a plurality of group of transition holes for accommodating blades. A receiving mechanism for accommodating a cutter head is arranged below the falling pull plate of the discharging unit. The falling pull plate adjusts the communication and isolation between the transition hole and the cutter head in the receiving mechanism by changing the relative position of the falling pull plate and the transition hole.

In the method, an initial motion vector of a to-be-processed picture block is determined by using a location relationship between a reference block and the to-be-processed picture block. When the reference block and the to-be-processed picture block are located in a same coding tree block, a decoder uses an initial motion vector of the reference block as the initial motion vector of the to-be-processed picture block. When the reference block and the to-be-processed picture block are located in different coding tree blocks, the decoder uses a final motion vector of the reference block as the initial motion vector of the to-be-processed picture block.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for reducing perfluorocarbon emissions from an aluminum electrolysis, which belongs to the field of aluminum electrolysis. The method includes: placing an aluminum oxide in an electrolytic cell with set parameters for proceeding aluminum electrolysis, and regulating feeding parameters of the aluminum oxide to obtain an electrolyte; adding a set amount of LiF, KF, MgF2 and CaF2 into the electrolyte, and regulating a molar ratio of NaF and AlF3 in the electrolyte to reduce the perfluorocarbon emissions from the aluminum electrolysis.

Abstract: An inter prediction method includes obtaining predicted motion information of a current image block, where the predicted motion information is used to obtain one or more motion vectors of the current image block, and the motion vectors include a forward MV and a backward MV for a bidirectional inter prediction. The disclosed method further includes determining a motion vector difference for the current image block, and calculating the motion vectors based on the predicted motion information and the motion vector difference, where the motion vector difference is shared by the forward MV and the backward MV.
