One example method includes when the terminal device needs to perform the cross-network movement, the terminal device sends a message to a network element of a network accessed by the terminal device, to notify that the terminal device is to perform the cross-network movement from a source network to a target network. Therefore, during the movement of the terminal device, a network side pauses transmission of user plane data of the terminal device, and buffers data that is not sent before the terminal device performs the cross-network movement. After accessing the target network, the network side sends the buffered data to the terminal device.

Abstract: A process for treating aged oil by electron beam irradiation is disclosed, comprising the following steps: step 1, homogenizing the aged oil and then feeding the aged oil into a distributor; step 2, forming a liquid layer having a certain thickness on the distributor; step 3, installing and debugging an electron beam irradiation device on the distributor; step 4, installing and debugging a phased-array microwave emitter on the distributor after installing and debugging the electron beam irradiation device; step 5, turning on the electron beam irradiation device and the phased-array microwave emitter; and step 6, dividing the treated aged oil and then allowing the aged oil after dividing to enter an oil pool and a water pool for standing. Oil flows out from an upper layer of the oil pool, a lower layer of the oil pool flows back to an aged oil storage pool.

A VOIP device displays a notification based on the first message. The VOIP device transmits a second message to transfer an audio component of the conference to the VOIP device. The audio component of the conference is continued on the VOIP device and the video component of the conference is retained on the client.

Abstract: The present specification discloses video matching. In a computer-implemented method, a plurality of feature vectors of a target video is obtained. A candidate video similar to the target video is retrieved from a video database based on the plurality of feature vectors of the target video. A time domain similarity matrix feature map is constructed between the target video and the candidate video based on the target video and the candidate video. Using the time domain similarity matrix feature map as an input into a deep learning detection model, a video segment matching the target video in the candidate video and a corresponding similarity is output.

Abstract: The invention relates to immunogenic polysaccharide-protein conjugates comprising a capsular polysaccharide (CP) from Streptococcus agalactiae, commonly referred to as group B streptococcus (GBS), and a carrier protein, wherein the CP is selected from the group consisting of serotypes Ia, Ib, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, and IX, and wherein the CP has a sialic acid level of greater than about 60%. The invention also relates to methods of making the conjugates and immunogenic compositions comprising the conjugates. Abstract: A system is described that infers that a user will need to complete a trip and selects a transportation service that the user can use to complete the trip. The system predicts a time to request a vehicle associated with the transportation service for completing the trip such that the request has sufficiently high degree of likelihood, of causing the vehicle to arrive at a future location by a final departure time; the final departure time being a latest time at which the user is predicted to need to begin traveling. Responsive to determining that a current time is within a threshold amount of time of the predicted time, the system sends, to a reservation system associated with the transportation service, a reservation request for the vehicle associated with the transportation service for completing the trip.
