Abstract: In a heterogeneous network with a shared cell-ID, the current power control mechanism only configures common power control parameters for all UE in a macro cell, and this doesn't match the receiving power of a wireless access point associated actually, and may lead to serious interferences. The invention provides a method used for uplink power control in a UE of a heterogeneous network with a shared cell-ID, wherein, a wireless access point informs the UE of power control parameters which is related to an associated wireless access point of the UE in the heterogeneous networks, the UE determines a uplink power according to the power control parameters, and transmits uplink data based on the determined uplink power. The invention may configure uplink power for the UEs associated to different wireless access points in a heterogeneous network with a shared cell-ID, to make them have the power control parameters matching with their wireless access points.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for use in non-adaptive retransmission. The method comprises: configuring an uplink UL demodulation reference signal DM-RS for retransmission in response to a retransmission request. In one embodiment, the demodulation reference signal DM-RS is configured to be the same as a demodulation reference signal for an initial transmission. In another embodiment, the demodulation reference signal DM-RS is configured with respect to the number of layer(s) for retransmission according to predetermined rules for the initial transmission.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose triggering methods and apparatuses of aperiodic channel state information CSI and an aperiodic sounding reference signal SRS for a carrier aggregation system. The method comprises: (1) pre-assigning a corresponding relationship between bits of the CSI request field in an uplink grant and multiple downlink component carriers DL CCs of user equipment, wherein the number of bits of the CSI request field is greater than 1 and less than the maximum allowed number of DL CCs in the system; (2) determining the DL CC for which aperiodic CSI reporting is to be triggered; and (3) mapping the CSI request field in the uplink grant according to the pre-assigned corresponding relationship to mark the value of the bit corresponding to the determined DL CC as “trigger”.

The method for detecting connectivity termination according to the invention comprises the steps of: creating an entry of the subscriber connectivity cache list corresponding to the subscriber terminal in the access node when the IPv6 connectivity between the subscriber terminal and the access node is established successfully; querying the entry of the neighbor cache list corresponding to the subscriber terminal based on the polling time set in the entry of the subscriber connectivity cache list; deciding whether the connectivity of the subscriber terminal is normal based on the entry information corresponding to the subscriber terminal of the subscriber connectivity cache list and neighbor cache list; and performing termination processing on the connectivity of the subscriber terminal logging off abnormally.

The method of reducing an overhead of control signaling comprises the steps of: generating one of a plurality of downlink control information formats which is used for scheduling a physical uplink shared channel, and transmitting the generated one of the plurality of downlink control information formats which is used for scheduling the physical uplink shared channel, wherein each of the plurality of downlink control information formats includes a minimum payload required for a specific scenario. With the invention, the signaling overhead is minimized.

Abstract: The invention provides methods for implementing synchronous uplink HARQ process in multiple BS coordinated receiving network. According to one embodiment, for synchronous uplink HARQ process with a relatively short response time limit, the service BS provides a receiving response in accordance with the response time limit, and formally instructs the terminal to retransmit or start a new transmission after the merging is completed. According to another embodiment, the synchronous uplink HARQ process has a response time limit matching the delay of multiple BS Coordinated network, and thus the service BS can transmit receiving response or control signaling on PDCCH after the mergence is completed. Thereby, the synchronous uplink HARQ process in multiple BS Coordinated networks of LTE and LTEA can be implemented.

The method comprises the following steps: (1) breeding small grain CMS or GMS line and corresponding hybrid rice having characteristics of rice (Oryza sativa) ZH-sg (Zhonghua 11 small grain mutant) with the accession number of CGMCC No. 2741; (2) hybridizing the small grain CMS line with large grain or normal grain restorer line hybrid rice for seed producing; (3) carrying out mechanized seed production of mixing sowing and mixing harvesting by utilizing small grain CMS line hybrid rice; (4) seed cleaning and separation after mechanical harvest. The invention can save a large amount of seed production field, reduce the investment of labor force in seed production, simplify the operation procedure and reduce mechanical admixture, storage and transportation cost and buying cost of hybrid rice seeds for rice farmers.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for allocating mobile user resource, which comprises the steps of: randomly generating a resource allocation mapping sequence by a base station based on a hopping scheme, which has a variable hopping distance; and allocating communication resource by the base station to each UE within a cell, where the base station is present, based on the generated resource allocation mapping sequence. Since the hopping scheme is generated randomly, the resource allocation scheme according to the present invention may randomize a resource allocation procedure among different cells, thereby randomizing the inter-cell interference and decreasing dramatic changes of interference due to the user's movement.

The present invention could reduce the BLER of the entire SC-FDMA system, and obtain diversity gain while ensure PAPR of single antenna.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for network service selection and authentication in an IPv6 access network, a scheme for stateless auto-configuration and devices thereof. A NSP Information option containing the IPv6 address of a NSP edge router and a NSP name is defined in RA messages. A NSSA Information option is defined in RS option fields. The present invention enables IPv6 stateless auto-configuration in an access network. The new NSP Information option, the way of “one time authentication per subscriber network per NSP” and the use of IPv6 routing header promote the efficiency of IPv6 stateless auto-configuration and reduce the NSP selection and authentication traffic. The present invention provides an efficient solution for network service selection and authentication without introducing any other message exchange between terminals and access nodes.
