Abstract: The present invention discloses a multifunctional Petri dish with two sealing structures to ensure that the water in the medium will not evaporate during continuous culture, further affecting cultured living material growth and development. In addition to alcohol spray, the multifunctional Petri dish allows the application of acids, alkalis, alcohols, peroxides solution, or peroxides gas to immerse the multi-purpose Petri dish to remove bacteria or viruses. Various accessory devices can meet all requirements for a living culture of cells and tissues that the existing Petri dishes cannot provide. Using the dish cover operator and the dish container operator is essential to ensure that the researcher's hands will not directly touch the Petri dish in the sterile operating bench, thereby blocking all potential contamination of the medium and culture by foreign organisms.

The disclosed framework involves a hierarchical artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) based solutions that maximizes content quality and user engagement. The framework can identify local news content and accurately match the local content to users based on a user-based location proximity and relevancy. Accordingly, such content can then be provided to each user, which can be based on each user's preference settings for receiving recommended content.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a field of medical molecular biology, and in particular, a marker for homologous recombination deficiency (HRD), a method and a system for detection thereof. In the present invention, the genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) with a high heterozygous rate suitable for the Chinese population are provided by screening SNP sites on the gnomAD records and over 300 Chinese whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data, thereby establishing a HRD scoring method. The HRD markers provided by the present invention allow HRD to be effectively scored, having a calculation result in high consistent with the WGS result.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method of making parts of construction materials by using a mold coated with multiple resin-based layers comprising at least an epoxy resin-based primer and a polyurethane resin-based demolding layer, wherein the mold can be used for multiple cycles after curing and demolding.
