    Abstract: A card edge connector includes an insulative housing with a pair of opposite side walls extending along a longitudinal direction with a central slot therebetween in the transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. A pair of towers are located at two opposite ends of the housing in the longitudinal direction. The housing is essentially obliquely mounted upon a printed circuit board. Each tower has a lower/first part and an upper/second part in the vertical direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction. The width dimension in the transverse direction of the upper part is smaller than that of the lower part.
