    Abstract: An ultrasonic resistance welding apparatus 10 contains a resistance spot welding apparatus 15, a first electrode 16 and a vibrable second electrode 18, the vibrable second electrode 18 in operable communication with an ultrasonic transducer 12, whereby the ultrasonic transducer 12 selectively imparts vibratory energy to the vibrable second electrode 18 based on signals from a controller 32. The vibrable second electrode 18 may be tuned or designed to resonate within 2.5% of an operating frequency of the ultrasonic transducer 12. During operation of the welding apparatus 10, a tip 19 of the second vibrable electrode 18 may be positioned at an anti-nodal point 38 of the vibratory energy and the vibrable second electrode 18 may be attached to the resistance spot welding apparatus 15 at a nodal plane 36 of the vibratory energy. A process for employing the apparatus 10 is also presented.

An HBM channel identification system may perform a sequence of operations to identify HBM channels within a netlist of an interposer: channel dimension prediction, channel bounding box prediction, channel orientation derivation, subchannel partition, and subchannel routing region creation. In one example, an HBM channel identification method includes identifying candidate nets within a netlist. A bounding box that includes one or more nets of the candidate nets is determined. Once the bounding box is determined, the orientation of the box is determined and used to determine a pattern of bumps within the bounding box. Finally, a subchannel is generated based on the pattern of bumps.

The method includes: sending, by a client, transaction information to a first node device, where the transaction information includes basic information and digest information; receiving, by the client, an endorsement result sent by the first node device, where the endorsement result includes a signature generated after the first node device successfully performs transaction simulation; and if the endorsement result meets a preset transaction condition, sending, by the client, the digest information and the endorsement result to a second node device, so that the second node device sends, to the first node device the digest information to generate a complete blockchain. In this way, only the digest information is transmitted between the first node device and the second node device. Therefore, the second node device does not obtain the complete transaction information, so that information security is improved.
