Abstract: A pharmaceutical formulation containing 50-90% by weight a powdered extract of Andrographis paniculata and 5-50% by weight a powdered blocking agent. The formulation may further contain a pore-forming agent, a filler, a lubricant, or a glidant. Also described are a method for preparing this pharmaceutical formulation and a method for treating inflammatory disease, immunological disease, or respiratory disease with it.

Abstract: A method and system for publishing specified content on a webpage. Specifically, an example method for publishing specified content at a specified location of a webpage includes the steps of performing sentiment analysis upon context surrounding a specified location where the specified content is to be published to determine a sentiment tendency of the context surrounding the specified location and selecting whether or not to publish the specified content at the specified location according to the sentiment tendency of the context surrounding the specified location. Embodiments of the invention help to make the webpage content more coherent, make the contents of a webpage matching in sentiment and rational in layout, improve a viewer's feeling of the webpage content, and increase website click rate and revenue. Embodiments help achieve a beneficial effect of providing a web electronic ad matching the sentiment of a webpage.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for checking a chemical name. The method tokenizes the chemical name to obtain corresponding tokens; checks the chemical name according to the chemical association between chemical compositions represented by the tokens; and if the chemical name does not pass the check, replaces at least part of tokens of the chemical name that does not pass the check, and repeats the checking step. The system and method can not only help users to find and correct errors in spelling a chemical name but also check the entire chemical name at the level of chemical associations. Hence, not only chemical names that are incorrectly spelled but also ones that do not conform to chemical rules can be found, and significant help is provided to users for correcting chemical names.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for identifying an advertisement in a web page. The method includes the steps of: receiving a sample page; analyzing a source code of the sample page to obtain a node feature of the sample page; analyzing the node feature using a preset rule to find a sample advertisement in the sample page; analyzing a first link of the sample advertisement to obtain a link mode of the sample advertisement; and utilizing the link mode to identify a second advertisement, where at least one of the steps is carried out using a computer device so that the advertisement in a web page is identified.

Abstract: A method and system for searching an electronic map. The method includes the steps of: receiving a query entered by a user for searching the electronic map; extracting place names in the query; extracting in web pages searched on a computer network co-occurrence place names that co-occurred with the place names; selecting extension place names from the co-occurrence place names, thereby obtaining a set of extension place names; generating a set of queries, wherein the set of queries includes the query entered by the user, and includes a query obtained by replacing the place names in the query entered by the user with each extension place name in the set of extension place names respectively; and sending the set of queries to a map search engine.

Abstract: A user comment processing method and system and an information retrieval method and system. The user comment processing method includes the steps of: receiving objective data of a feature of a product or service and user comments on the product or service; identifying user comments associated with the feature of the product or service from the user comments on the product or service; identifying the opinion facet in the user comments associated with the feature of the product or service; establishing association-relationship between the opinion facet and the objective data of the corresponding feature of the product or service, and calculating an occurrence frequency of the opinion facet associated with the objective data; and creating an association rule of the opinion facet and the objective data according to the association-relationship and the occurrence frequency of the opinion facet associated with the objective data.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods for performing modified rate burst demodulation. For example, a method for performing modified rate burst demodulation is disclosed. The method includes receiving a data input that includes a synchronization pattern, an information pattern, and a demodulation pattern. A periodic boundary is established along with a phase and frequency of a sampling clock based at least in part on the synchronization pattern. The information pattern is processed using the sampling clock to determine a location fix. The sampling clock is phase shifted by a skew amount and a phase shifted sampling clock is provided. The demodulation pattern is processed using the phase shifted sampling clock.

Abstract: Computing environments, each executing at least one software program, are monitored for failures occurring during execution of the software program. Information associated with the failure, such as an identification of the software program and a failure type describing the failure, is recorded. The failure information is quantified to report the number of times the software program has failed or the number of times a particular failure has occurred. The quantified data may provide help in prioritizing what program or what failures merit investigation and resolution. Reports may be received from failing computing systems stopped at a state following the occurrence of the failure. In response, hold information is checked to determine whether to instruct the failing computing system to hold a state existing upon the occurrence of the failure.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods for low overhead disk wobble compensation. As an example, a method for performing synchronous wobble compensation processing is disclosed. The method includes providing a medium that includes a servo data region and a user data region. The servo data region includes a clock recovery pattern and a location pattern. A detectable pattern is written to the user data region a known number of bit periods from the location pattern. The detectable pattern is read back, and a fractional processing delay is calculated. Based at least on the fractional processing delay and a known number of bit periods from the location pattern to the end of the servo data region, a wobble compensation pattern is written an integral number of bit periods from the location pattern.

Abstract: A superconducting article is provided that includes a multifilamentary superconducting tape segment having a substrate tape, a buffer layer overlying the substrate, and filaments comprising a high temperature superconducting (HTS) material overlying the buffer layer. The filaments extend along a length of the substrate and are laterally spaced apart from an adjacent filament by a space. The multifilamentary superconducting tape segment comprises a critical current retention ratio is at least about 0.4.

The method includes the steps of acquiring structural information of the document, retrieving a content block list corresponding to a user-input tag, comparing blocks in the structural information with blocks in the content block list, to obtain similar blocks, and annotating the user-input tag at positions, which correspond to the similar blocks, in the document.

Abstract: An image search method and system using face detection, begins with receiving a query submitted by a user. Next a query word is searched in the query from an image resource using an image search engine to obtain an initial image collection. Any faces are detected in each image in the initial image collection which has been searched. A search for the query word in a text surrounding each image having the face in the initial image collection is performed. A determination is made whether the query word indicates at least one person's name in the surrounding text matching the query word. An image an image in the initial image collection is returned to a user in which the face is included and the query word in the surrounding text indicates the person's name.

Abstract: A method of forming a superconducting article includes providing a substrate tape, forming a superconducting layer overlying the substrate tape, and depositing a capping layer overlying the superconducting layer. The capping layer includes a noble metal and has a thickness not greater than about 1.0 micron. The method further includes electrodepositing a stabilizer layer overlying the capping layer using a solution that is non-reactive to the superconducting layer. The superconducting layer has an as-formed critical current IC(AF) and a post-stabilized critical current IC(PS). The IC(PS) is at least about 95% of the IC(AF).

Abstract: A system and method for collecting entity aliases include a web object collection component that obtains, from a web search engine, at least one Web object associated with a user' input entity. The system and method also include a social tag collection component that obtains a respective set of social tags for each of the Web objects from a social tag website and defines candidate aliases for the user's input entity based upon the respective set of social tags. An aliases refinement component refines the candidate aliases to obtain a collection of aliases of the user's input entity.

Abstract: A photomask assembly and method for protecting the photomask assembly from contaminants generated during a lithography process are disclosed. A photomask assembly includes a pellicle assembly formed from a pellicle frame and a pellicle film coupled to a first surface of the pellicle frame. The pellicle frame further includes an inner wall and an outer wall. A photomask is coupled to a second surface of the pellicle frame opposite the pellicle film. A molecular sieve that prevents airborne molecular contaminants (AMCs) generated during a lithography process from contaminating the photomask is associated with the pellicle assembly.
