  • Publication number: 20150249395
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a DC/DC converter and a DC/DC conversion system. The DC/DC converter includes a transformer, a primary power circuit, a secondary bridge synchronous rectifying circuit, an output inductor and a control circuit. The primary power circuit receives an input voltage, and deliver a symmetrical power flow to a secondary side of the transformer during positive and negative switching cycles, and a magnetic flux in the transformer core is balanced through the above symmetrical power flow. The rectifying circuit is coupled to a secondary winding of the transformer. The control circuit provides primary and secondary driving signals to the primary power circuit and the rectifying circuit, respectively. When an output voltage of the primary power circuit is zero, the control circuit controls the first, the second, the third and the fourth switches to be conductive.

  • Patent number: 8787040
Abstract: A voltage-regulating circuit according to the present invention includes a power conversion circuit, an input voltage detecting circuit and a feedback circuit. The power conversion circuit includes at least one switch element, wherein during operation of the at least one switch element, an input voltage is converted into a transition voltage. The input voltage detecting circuit is connected to the power conversion circuit for outputting a detected voltage signal corresponding to the input voltage. The feedback circuit is connected to the power conversion circuit and the input voltage detecting circuit for generating a feedback control signal. In such way, as the input voltage is changed, the feedback circuit will adjust to make the transition voltage changed as with the change of the detected voltage signal corresponding to the input voltage.

  • Patent number: 7006364
Abstract: A driving circuit comprises an input terminal receiving an input of a PWM signal, a first output terminal connected to a main switch for outputting a low-side driving signal, a second output terminal connected to an active switch for outputting a high-side driving signal, a first branch having a voltage level shifting capacitor and a first buffer connected in series between the input terminal and the second output terminal; and a second branch having a delay circuit and a second buffer connected in series between the input terminal and the first output terminal. When the input of the PWM signal turns from a low level to a high level, the voltage level shifting capacitor transmits the input of PWM signal to the first buffer for turning off the active switch and then triggering the second buffer to turn on the main switch with a short time delay.

  • Patent number: 6947297
Abstract: The present invention proposes an improved circuit design and configuration of a DC-DC converter with resonant reset. In this present invention, the active resonant snubber in parallel to a primary winding of a transformer of a DC-DC converter for resetting the transformer includes a resonant capacitor, an active switch connected to the resonant capacitor in series, an auxiliary diode coupled across the active switch in parallel, and an auxiliary winding coupled with the transformer. When a main switch of the DC-DC converter is turned off, the auxiliary winding turns on the active switch, and then the transformer is reset by a resonance between a magnetizing inductor of the transformer and the resonant capacitor.
