    Abstract: A power module comprises a first circuit board assembly, a second circuit board assembly and a magnetic assembly. The first circuit board assembly comprises a first printed circuit board and at least one power circuit. The second circuit board assembly comprises a second printed circuit board and at least one output capacitor. The magnetic assembly is located between the first circuit board assembly and the second circuit board assembly and comprises a magnetic core module and at least one first electrical conductor. The magnetic core module comprises at least one hole. The at least one first electrical conductor passes through the corresponding hole of the magnetic core module to define at least one output inductor. Each of the at least one output inductor is electrically connected with the corresponding power circuit and the at least one output capacitor so that the power module forms at least one phase converter.

    Abstract: A voltage regulator module is provided. The switch circuit assembly includes two switch circuits and an input capacitor. Respective input terminals of the two switch circuits are connected with each other in parallel. The plurality of conductive members have a first conductive member, a second conductive member and a third conductive member. The first conductive member and the third conductive member are configured to deliver an electric energy. The second conductive member is configured to deliver a signal. One end of each conductive member is electrically connected with corresponding switch circuit, and the other end of the first conductive member and the third conductive member is electrically connected with the load.     Abstract: A magnetic element includes at least one primary winding, at least one secondary winding, a magnetic core, and an auxiliary winding. A winding segment or an entire of the primary winding or a winding segment or an entire of the secondary winding is defined as a parallel-connected winding set. The magnetic core includes a plurality of winding legs, two lateral legs, and two connection parts. The at least one primary winding and the at least one secondary winding are wound around each winding leg. The directions of magnetic fluxes through every two adjacent winding legs are opposite. The auxiliary winding is wound on one of two lateral legs, and electrically connected with the parallel-connected winding set. A direction of a magnetic flux generated by the auxiliary winding is opposite to a direction of the magnetic flux through the adjacent winding leg.

The rectifier filter circuit is electrically connected to the storage device so as to receive the conversion voltage and output a charge voltage to the corresponding storage device.

The bootstrap circuit includes N bootstrap capacitors and N bootstrap switches. The N bootstrap switches are serially connected in sequence. Two ends of the bootstrap capacitor are connected to the corresponding node and the second terminal of the corresponding bootstrap switch respectively. The first terminal of the (N)th bootstrap switch receives a supply voltage. The driving circuit is connected to the corresponding bootstrap capacitor and outputs driving signals for controlling the switches according to the positive electrode voltage of the bootstrap capacitor.
