    Abstract: The invention provides a backlight module, an LCD device and a light source of the backlight module. The backlight module includes an LED chip, and a heat sink; the LED chip and a circuit thereof are directly arranged on the heat sink. In the invention, because the LED chip of the backlight module and the circuit thereof are directly arranged on the heat sink, heat emitted by the LED chip can be conducted out through the heat sink with good heat dissipation effect; thus, the inside temperature of the backlight module is reduced, and the heat dissipation efficiency of the backlight module is increased.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight module, which includes a backboard, a backlight source arranged inside the backboard, a diffusion board mounted on the backboard, and a reflection member arranged inside the backboard. The backlight source emits light that directly enters or is reflected by the reflection member to get incident to the diffusion board. The reflection member includes a bracket and a reflection unit mounted on the bracket. The bracket is made of paper material and has a concave curved surface. The reflection unit is mounted on the concave curved surface. The backlight module is configured to arrange the reflection unit on the paper-made bracket to form the reflection member that can replace the existing reflection plate. Since the paper material has a low cost and is easy to shape, the manufacture cost of the reflection member and thus the whole backlight module are reduced.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a backlight module that enhances heat dissipation of LED light sources and a display device. The backlight module that enhances heat dissipation of LED light sources includes an LED light strip, a back panel, a mixed coating layer including two materials, and a thermal diode/triode. The LED light strip is arranged on the back panel. The mixed coating layer is interposed between the LED light strip and the back panel and contacts both for transfer of heat. The thermal diode/triode is connected to the mixed coating layer to control temperature of the mixed coating layer. In operation, through regulation of temperature, the thermal diode/triode makes vibration frequencies of the two materials of the mixed coating layer consistent with each other at a given temperature. The display device includes the above descried backlight module that enhances heat dissipation of LED light sources.
