    Abstract: A method for treating Wilson's disease with tetradentate copper chelators therapy is provided. Specific copper chelators of the TDMQ tetradentate series are highly efficient for the treatment of Wilson's disease murine model. The concentration of copper in liver of “toxic milk” TX mice decreased and the fecal excretion of copper increased with the treatment with TDMQ20. Both effects are dose-dependent. Pharmacological data obtained on this TX mouse model with TDMQ20 strongly support the selection of this type of ligand as drug-candidate for this genetic disease.

    Abstract: Improvements in image quality can be obtained by leveraging non-linear neural-network based feature recovery across multiple imaging modalities. Input imaging data is acquired, including first imaging data and second imaging data acquired using different imaging modalities. The first imaging data can have lower image quality and a larger FOV than the second imaging data. The first and second imaging data can be aligned and the aligned regions can be used to train a neural network to minimize the difference between the second imaging data and output data processed from the overlapping portion of the first imaging data. Once trained, the neural network can be used to generate improved image quality output from all of the first imaging data.

The spin state readout device of the quantum sensor provided can reduce spin state reading errors caused by laser power drifts, system signal collection efficiency drifts and the like.

    Abstract: This application relates to methods, readable storage media and apparatuses for federated learning. In an example, a first aspect program is injected at a gradient sending function of a federated learning device by using a pre-deployed aspect framework. A to-be-trained model is trained based on local training data to obtain a plaintext gradient of the to-be-trained model. The plaintext gradient is sent to a federated learning server by using the gradient sending function. The plaintext gradient is intercepted and encrypted by using the first aspect program to obtain a ciphertext gradient. The ciphertext gradient is sent to the federated learning server by using the first aspect program, so that the federated learning server decrypts received ciphertext gradients sent by federated learning devices, and updates parameters of the to-be-trained model based on the plaintext gradients obtained after the decryption.
