Abstract: Disclosed are a dynamic error measurement apparatus, system, and method for an electricity meter. The measurement apparatus includes a test signal generation unit configured to generate a voltage test signal and two-circuit current test signals, output the voltage test signal to a measurement unit, and output the two-circuit current test signals to the measurement unit and a current summation unit; the measurement unit configured to determine two-circuit electric energy values based on the voltage test signal and the two-circuit current test signals, and output the two-circuit electric energy values to a calculation control unit; the current summation unit configured to determine a combined current signal based on the two-circuit current test signals; and the calculation control unit configured to determine a total electric energy value based on the two-circuit electric energy values. The system includes a standard meter and a measurement apparatus.

Abstract: At least one processor identifies dependency relationships among libraries in a repository of libraries. Using the dependency relationships among libraries, at least one machine learning model can be created that predicts with a confidence value a dependency between a given library and a target library. An L layer tree-like graph can be created, using the dependency relationships among libraries and an application package. L can be configurable. Versions of the libraries to use can be determined by running the at least one machine learning model for each pair of nodes having a dependency relationship in the L layer tree-like graph, the at least one machine learning model identifying the dependency relationship with a confidence value, where pairs of nodes having largest confidence values are selected as the versions of the libraries to use in the application package.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for spreadsheet importing, a device, an apparatus and a medium. An image processing method includes: receiving a spreadsheet to be imported; displaying, in response to that a spreadsheet object in the spreadsheet includes a picture, the picture in a target table cell of a database table. The target table cell is determined based on a cell position of a target cell; the target cell is a cell to which the picture belongs in the spreadsheet; and the cell position is determined based on a data area of the spreadsheet.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a magnetic dressing and a preparation method and use thereof, belonging to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations. The magnetic dressing includes a magnetic layer, a drug-loading layer, and a protective layer that are stacked in sequence, where the magnetic layer includes polyvinyl alcohol, gluten, and iron particles. In the present disclosure, a swallowed magnetic dressing is controlled by an external magnetic field, and the magnetic dressing is moved to a pathological position by changing a direction of the external magnetic field; after the external magnetic field is removed, the magnetic dressing changes from a ring to a sheet, thereby completing attachment of an entire lesion surface to complete treatment by autonomous drug release.

Abstract: An electric energy storage device which includes four energy units with a substantially same voltage value is provided. Each energy unit is provided with a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The electric energy storage device comprises a socket with eight independently arranged electrode terminals that are connected with the four energy units. The disclosure also provides an electric tool system using the electric energy storage device. The electric tool is provided with plugs that may be connected with the four energy units in different states, allowing the electric energy storage device to output multiple voltages.

Abstract: Provided is a stable formulation of a human papillomavirus virus-like particle vaccine. The stable formulation is composed of a human papillomavirus virus-like particle, a buffer solution, an osmotic pressure regulator, a surfactant and an aluminum adjuvant, wherein the components of the vaccine comprise HPV virus-like particles assembled by L1 proteins of HPV types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52 and 58, and one or more HPV virus-like particles assembled by L1 proteins of other pathogenic HPV types. The formulation can enhance the stability of the vaccine and prolong the validity period of the vaccine in an aqueous formulation.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a technical solution related to establishing a characterized chatbot with personality. On one hand, a corpus database matched with a specific character may be established, and a generated regular/conventional response messages may be converted into a characterized response messages with character's features during conversation, so that the conversation style of a chatbot may be characterized with a certain character's features. On the other hand, a chatbot may select a response message with a specific emotion by using an emotion conversation table corresponding to a personality when generating the response message against a content of a conversation input by a user, so that a chatbot may be characterized and have certain personality.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for controlling the state switching of a fluid torque converter, a vehicle and a storage medium, the method including: obtaining a target instruction when the torque converter of the vehicle is in a locked state, the target instruction triggering a change in the torque transmission direction of a transmission system of the vehicle; obtaining a state parameter, and determining whether the current vehicle is in a target operating condition according to the state parameter; and if the current vehicle is in the target operating condition, switching the fluid torque converter to an open state, and switching the torque converter back to the locked state after maintaining the open state for a preset period of time.

Abstract: A spin state readout device of a quantum sensor. The quantum sensor has spin-manipulable electrons. The spin state readout device includes: a pumping unit configured to emit a first laser to the quantum sensor to polarize the electron spin state of the quantum sensor; a probing unit configured to emit a second laser to the quantum sensor to make the spin-polarized quantum sensor in an excited state; a signal receiving unit configured to receive fluorescence photons emitted from the quantum sensor and convert optical signals into electrical signals; and a timing unit coupled to the probing unit and the signal receiving unit and configured to time an excited state lifetime of the quantum sensor. The spin state readout device of the quantum sensor provided can reduce spin state reading errors caused by laser power drifts, system signal collection efficiency drifts and the like.

The two-step sintering process comprises: in a nitrogen atmosphere, performing low-temperature heat treatment and high-temperature heat treatment in sequence.

The circuit includes: a segment display, including a plurality of light-emitting units; a controller, configured to generate a control instruction for the segment display according to a configuration signal; a digital driver, connected to the controller, and configured to generate a pulse driving signal according to the control instruction from the controller; and an amplification circuit, with one end being connected to the digital driver and the other end being connected to the plurality of light-emitting units of the segment display. The application also provides a magnetic sensing circuit and an electrical device. The magnetic sensing circuit includes a magnetic sensor, a sensing selection circuit, and a result representation circuit.
