    Abstract: An ultrasonic non-destructive testing method and system for detecting lithium precipitation in lithium-ion batteries are provided. The method includes the following steps: acquiring full matrix capture data of the lithium-ion battery using an ultrasonic phased array transducer; inputting the measured ultrasonic data into the initial fully convolutional network (FCN), which outputs a predicted ultrasonic velocity model; using the predicted model as the initial input for an acoustic wave equation that outputs reconstructed ultrasonic data; constructing a loss function using the deviation between the measured and reconstructed ultrasonic data, and iterating until the loss function converges. This process completes the training of the unsupervised FCN. The trained FCN then outputs an accurate reconstructed ultrasonic velocity model that represents the lithium precipitation in the battery.

    Abstract: A method, computer program product, and computer system for dynamically allocating shared memory among multiple execution threads via use of a dynamically changing memory threshold. A trained machine learning model (MLM) is executed to calculate the memory threshold (MTH) using values of one or more input parameters as input to the MLM. After executing the MLM, a request is received from a requesting execution thread for a requested amount (MR) of the shared memory. In response to the request, the shared memory is distributed among one or more current execution threads currently using the shared memory and the requesting execution thread. The redistributing is performed as a function MTH, MR, MU, and MC, wherein MU is a total amount of the shared memory currently being used by the one or more current execution threads, and wherein MC is a memory capacity of the shared memory.

    Abstract: A gate-all-around (GAA) field effect transistor (FET) device, and related fabrication methods are disclosed. The GAA FET device includes P-type semiconductor PFET(s) and N-type semiconductor NFET(s) having channels with different crystalline orientation through a substrate. The GAA PFET(s) includes a channel structure of a first type of crystalline orientation (e.g., <110> or <111>) and the GAA NFET(s) include a channel structure of a second type of crystalline orientation (e.g., <100>) different from the first type of crystalline orientation of the GAA PFET(s). The different crystalline orientation channels improve the balance of carrier mobility for both carrier types (i.e., P-type and N-type) of GAA FETs in the GAA FET device. In one aspect, the different crystalline orientation channels are provided through a substrate to increase and/or balance carrier mobility between GAA PFET(s) and NFET(s) to achieve a more balanced drive strength between these types of transistors.

    Abstract: A dual-mode sensor structure applied to the detection of breast cancer cells in blood samples is disclosed, along with a method of using the dual-mode sensor to detect magnetic particles coupled with antibodies in blood. The sensor generates a magnetic field by electrification of a wire or coil to attract the magnetic particles to the surface of the sensor. The sensor includes a small-sized TMR sensor and Hall sensor array equivalent in size to magnetic particles, ensuring that the sensor can generate a significant output voltage when particles are present. A baffle in the TMR sensor can fix the particles, separating each particle to prevent particle concentration or multiple particles from accumulating along the depth of the sensor without being accurately detected. This improves the linearity and accuracy of the sensor output voltage and detection of the number of magnetic particles. The sensor can detect the number of magnetic particles quickly.

The pharmaceutical composition comprises an EZH2 inhibitor and a PPAR?agonist, wherein the PPAR? agonist enhances the anti-solid tumor effect of the EZH2 inhibitor. Further provided in the present invention are a related preparation of the pharmaceutical composition and the use thereof in the preparation of an anti-tumor drug. Experimental results show that when the EZH2 inhibitor GSK126 and the PPAR? agonist fenofibrate are used in combination to treat B16F10 cells, SMMC7721 cells and GL261 cells, it is found that the use thereof in combination with fenofibrate can significantly enhance the inhibitory effect of GSK126 on cell proliferation.

    Abstract: Enhanced-shaped extension region for gate-all-around (GAA) field-effect transistor (FET) devices and related fabrication methods are disclosed. The GAA FET device includes an extension region of semiconductor material coupled from the respective channel to the source/drain region to facilitate forming a conductive channel between the source and the drain regions when the GAA FET device is activated. The area of the extension region between the source/drain regions and the channel forms a series resistance between source/drain regions and the channel. To reduce channel parasitic resistance, the extension region of the GAA FET device has an enhanced extension portion that has an extended height orthogonal to the channel direction. The extension region with its enhanced extension portion has reduced resistance as compared to an extension region not containing the enhanced extension portion, thus reducing channel parasitic resistance of the GAA FET device for improved performance.
