    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of medicine. Provided is a pharmaceutical composition for enhancing the anti-tumor effect of an EZH2 inhibitor. The pharmaceutical composition comprises an EZH2 inhibitor and a PPAR?agonist, wherein the PPAR? agonist enhances the anti-solid tumor effect of the EZH2 inhibitor. Further provided in the present invention are a related preparation of the pharmaceutical composition and the use thereof in the preparation of an anti-tumor drug. Experimental results show that when the EZH2 inhibitor GSK126 and the PPAR? agonist fenofibrate are used in combination to treat B16F10 cells, SMMC7721 cells and GL261 cells, it is found that the use thereof in combination with fenofibrate can significantly enhance the inhibitory effect of GSK126 on cell proliferation.

The present disclosure provides a SNP molecular marker combination for genetic relationship identification of a Huaxi cattle, where the genetic relationship identification of the Huaxi cattle is completed with at least 70 of 1,000 sites. In the present disclosure, the 1,000 sites are the SNP molecular markers distributed on 29 autosomes, and two adjacent SNP molecular markers on a same autosome have an average distance of 2 Mb. A minimum allele frequency (MAF), an expected heterozygosity (HExp), and a polymorphism information content (PIC) of the SNP molecular marker combination have average values of 0.4846, 0.4983, and 0.3741, respectively; and when a maternal genotype is unknown, there is a cumulative probability of exclusion (CPE) of 0.9999999999999.

    Abstract: A reconfigurable PUF device based on fully electric field-controlled domain wall motion includes a voltage control layer, upper electrodes, a lower electrode, antiferromagnetic pinning layers, and a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ). The MTJ includes, from bottom to top, a ferromagnetic reference layer, a potential barrier tunneling layer and a ferromagnetic free layer. In the device, an energy potential well is formed in a middle portion of the ferromagnetic free layer by applying a voltage to the voltage control layer to control magnetic anisotropy, and a current is fed into either of the upper electrodes to drive generation of the magnetic domain walls and pin the magnetic domain walls to the potential well. After the voltage is removed, the potential well is lowered so that the magnetic domain walls are in a metastable state, thereby either a high resistance state or a low resistance state is randomly obtained.

    Abstract: A method for judging aging degree of insulation of a cable T-connector based on a dynamic heat source is provided. Specifically, a temperature rise verification test platform of the cable T-connector is constructed, and heating of a cable core is simulated by using a controllable heat source. Influence of different thermal conductivity of an insulation layer on internal and external temperature responses of the cable T-connector is studied, and the temperature rise test platform is constructed to simulate the temperature response of the outer skin of the cable T-connector under the same temperature change of the internal heat source and compare the temperature response of the outer skin of the cable T-connector in different states through experiments, so as to obtain the corresponding relationship between aging degree and heat transfer capacity.

    Abstract: A transparent wood surface imprinting optical device is provided. A preparation method for the device includes cleaning and drying surfaces of transparent wood, spin-coating polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) on a substrate of the transparent wood to obtain a PMMA layer, and spin-coating an ultraviolet (UV) glue on the PMMA layer to obtain a UV glue layer; placing the transparent wood on a silicon wafer, attaching a transparent grating array imprinting template on the UV glue layer, exposing the UV glue layer, and removing the transparent grating array imprinting after the exposing, thereby to obtain a grating-structure-based transparent wood; and replacing the grating structure imprinting template by a lattice structure imprinting template to prepare lattice-structure-based transparent wood. The diffraction efficiency of the grating structure and the lattice structure on the transparent wood are greater and more stable than those of PMMA substrates.
