    Abstract: This application provides an information transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: determining, by a control device, a first transmission channel in at least one transmission channel configured between a first network device and a second network device, where the first transmission channel is used to transmit a packet that belongs to at least one packet flow, a packet sending frequency currently supported by the first transmission channel is greater than or equal to a sum of packet sending frequencies of the at least one packet flow, and transmission performance of the first transmission channel meets transmission performance of the at least one packet flow; and sending, by the control device, first identification information to the first network device, where the first identification information is used to identify the first transmission channel. Therefore, this helps to meet a requirement for transmission performance of a packet in a mobile network.

The cell activity state and performance effect are verified to be reliable after activity recovery by the test data.

    Abstract: Lithium recycling from expended Li-Ion batteries occurs thought selective recovery of lithium charge materials from a recycling stream including transition metals used for the charge material. Li recovery includes dissolving the lithium based charge material in an organic acid having a resistance or lack of affinity to dissolution of transition metals, and distilling a leach solution formed from the dissolved charge material for generating a powder including lithium and trace impurities of the transition metals. Sintering of the generated powder forms lithium carbonate and carbonates of the trace impurities that eluded the selective leach, however, since the trace impurities are insoluble in water, the lithium carbonate is recoverable by water washing.

The substituted chromone has the biological activity of inhibiting tyrosinase. The preparation method uses 3,5-dihydroxytoluene as a raw material, and synthesis of chromones substituted with different groups at 2-C through acylation, esterification, rearrangement and cyclization reactions, etc. The 5-methylchromone is a completely new compound in condition that R1 is —CH2CH2CH3, and R2 is —CH2CH3, or that R1 is —C(CH3)3, and R2 is H. All the compounds have obvious inhibitory activity against tyrosinase, and can be used to prepare tyrosinase inhibitors or whitening agents.

In the method, impact of a transmission delay between the first device and the second device can be avoided, so that a time precision requirement of an industrial factory can be met in a scenario in which the mobile network is connected to the Ethernet network.

    Abstract: Various aspects involve a lagged prediction model trained for risk assessment or other purposes. For instance, a risk assessment computing system receives a risk assessment query for a target entity and provides an input predictor record for the target entity to a lagged prediction model. The input predictor record includes a first group of lagged values from a first time-series attribute associated with the target entity. The lagged prediction model is trained by implementing a group feature selection technique configured to select the first time-series attribute as input and to deselect a second time-series attribute associated with the target entity. The risk assessment computing system computes an output risk indicator from the input predictor record and transmits the output risk indicator to a remote computing system. The output risk indicator can be used to control access by the target entity to one or more interactive computing environments.

    Abstract: Cathode material from exhausted lithium ion batteries are dissolved in a solution for extracting the useful elements Co (cobalt), Ni (nickel), Al (Aluminum) and Mn (manganese) to produce active cathode materials for new batteries. The solution includes compounds of desirable materials such as cobalt, nickel, aluminum and manganese dissolved as compounds from the exhausted cathode material of spent cells. Depending on a desired proportion, or ratio, of the desired materials, raw materials are added to the solution to achieve the desired ratio of the commingled compounds for the recycled cathode material for new cells. The desired materials precipitate out of solution without extensive heating or separation of the desired materials into individual compounds or elements. The resulting active cathode material has the predetermined ratio for use in new cells, and avoids high heat typically required to separate the useful elements because the desired materials remain commingled in solution.
