    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for transmitting Radio Resource Control (RRC) layer information without incurring the complex processing in lower layers are described. In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes scrambling, prior to a Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) attachment, at least part of a first Radio Resource Configuration (RRC) message by a base station based on a seed associated with a mobile device. The method also includes transmitting, by the base station, the at least part of the first RRC message at a layer that is lower than a Radio Link Control layer or a Medium Access Control layer over a corresponding channel.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a gate driver on array (GOA) circuit, a display panel, and a threshold voltage compensating method for a thin film transistor (TFT). The GOA circuit only includes five TFTs and achieves a super narrow bezel of a display panel, and uses a dual-gate electrode structure as the first thin film transistor (T1). Therefore, a threshold voltage (Vth) in the GOA circuit is controlled by a top gate (the top gate connected to a node in the GOA circuit) and a bottom gate (adjustable voltage source (VLS)). Specifically, when the Vth of the TFT negatively shifts overall, the bottom gate voltage can be adjusted negatively. When the Vth of the TFT positively shifts, the bottom gate voltage can be adjusted negatively to stabilize the GOA circuit, increase a lifespan thereof, reduce leakage of a first node (Q) such that the GOA circuit can output ultra-wide pulse signals.

    Abstract: A thermoplastic elastomer for profile control and water shutoff is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-10 parts of a component A, 1-3 parts of a strong acid, 1-3 parts of a hydrophobic modifier and 100-105 parts of water. The component A is one of polyethylene glycol, polyvinylether, polyvinyl alcohol, copolymer of acrylamide and acrylonitrile. The strong acid is one of concentrated hydrochloric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid. The hydrophobic modifier is any one of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, butyraldehyde, ?-propiolactone, ?-butyrolactone, ?-valerolactone, methyltriacetylsilane, methyltrimethylsilane, butyl acrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate. The thermoplastic elastomer for profile control and water shutoff provided by the disclosure has the advantages of one-step preparation and molding, strong deformation capability, temperature resistance, salt tolerance, strong stability and the like, and is suitable for large-scale production and application.
