Abstract: Synthesis of silanes with more than three silicon atoms are disclosed (i.e., (SinH(2n+2) with n=4-100). More particularly, the disclosed synthesis methods tune and optimize the isomer ratio by selection of process parameters such as temperature, residence time, and the relative amount of starting compounds, as well as selection of proper catalyst. The disclosed synthesis methods allow facile preparation of silanes containing more than three silicon atoms and particularly, the silanes containing preferably one major isomer. The pure isomers and isomer enriched mixtures are prepared by catalytic transformation of silane (SiH4), disilane (Si2H6), trisilane (Si3H8), and mixtures thereof.

  • Publication number: 20200225582
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a positive photoresist composition including a major adhesive material and a photosensitizer, wherein the photoresist composition further includes a photoisomerizable compound which would be converted into an ionic structure with an increased degree of molecular polarity after ultraviolet irradiation. The formation of the ionic structure with increased polarity of the molecule reduces the adhesion between the positive photoresist and the organic film layer, facilitates stripping after formation of the via, and improves the product rate of pass. Further, the present disclosure provides a via-forming method using the positive resist composition, a display substrate including the via formed by the via-forming method, and a display device including the display substrate.

  • Publication number: 20200227818
Abstract: An RF energy transmitting apparatus with positioning and polarization tracing function is used for an RF energy harvesting apparatus. The RF energy transmitting apparatus includes a power radar transmitter and a radar controller. The power radar transmitter receives a power source signal and emits an electromagnetic source wave. The radar controller is electrically connected to power radar transmitter and receives a reflected harmonic wave. The power radar transmitter emits the electromagnetic source wave to scan a space. The RF energy harvesting apparatus generates and emits the reflected harmonic wave. The radar controller determines a position and a polarization angle of the RF energy harvesting apparatus after receiving the reflected harmonic wave and to adjust a polarization angle of the power radar transmitter to be within a predetermined angle range with respect to the polarization angle of the reflected harmonic wave sent from the RF energy harvesting apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20200227124
Abstract: A circuit includes a program controller configured to perform a program operation with interleaved program-verify loops to program memory cells in a same block. During each program-verify loop, a control gate line voltage supply circuit first supplies a program pulse to a first cell of the block and then, before verifying the first cell, supplies a program pulse to a second cell of the block. After the program pulses are sent, the control gate line supply circuit consecutively supplies verify pulses to the first cell and the second cell such that a delay is introduced between the respective program and verify stages of the first and second cells. Additionally, a constant voltage bias on common control gate lines of the first and second memory cells is applied during the consecutive verify stages. Further, an order of verify pulses may be applied in a reverse order during a verify stage.
