    Abstract: The present disclosure provides devices, circuits, and methods for driving an LED display panel, so as to ensure the delivery of equal global charge at minimum gray scale. In one example, the circuit of the present disclosure includes a current source, a detection module, and a measurement module. The current source is configured to generate a current signal for the LEDs. The detection module is configured to detect a forward voltage of the LEDs in response to a low current applied to the LEDs. The detection module is further configured to hold the detected forward voltage. The measurement module is configured to measure a time period for an anode voltage of the LEDs to rise to the detected forward voltage in response to a display current applied to the LEDs.

    Abstract: An OLED array substrate is provided. The OLED array includes multiple sub-pixels defined by multiple data lines and multiple scan lines, and a resistance-type pressure sensing element located in non-opening regions of the sub-pixels. The pressure sensing element includes multiple resistors. Each resistor has a serpentine wire structure. The serpentine wire structure includes a first sub-wire and a second sub-wire connected to two adjacent first sub-wires. Both the first sub-wire and the second sub-wire are located in non-opening regions of the sub-pixels on the OLED array substrate. The resistance-type pressure sensing element is arranged in a display region of the OLED array substrate without influencing the display effect of a display panel or a display device. An extension direction of a projection of the first sub-wire on an array substrate intersects with extension directions of projections of the data lines and the scan lines on the array substrate.

    Abstract: Some aspects of the present disclosure relate to systems and methods for three-dimensional spiral perfusion imaging. In one embodiment, a method for perfusion imaging of a subject includes acquiring perfusion imaging data associated with the heart of a subject. The acquiring includes applying an imaging pulse sequence with a three-dimensional stack-of-spirals trajectory. The method also includes reconstructing perfusion images from the acquired perfusion imaging data. The reconstructing includes parallel imaging and motion-guided compressed sensing. The method also includes determining, from the reconstructed perfusion images, absolute perfusion values based on time-intensity relationships to quantify myocardial blood flow of the heart of the subject, and generating a quantitative volumetric perfusion flow map based on the determined absolute perfusion values.

    Abstract: A method and a device for reducing the extrinsic dark count of a superconducting nanowire single photon detector (SNSPD), it comprises the steps of: integrating a multi-layer film filter on the superconducting nanowire single photon detector; the multi-layer film filter is a device implemented by a multi-layer dielectric film and having a band-pass filtering function. The extrinsic dark count is the dark count triggered by optical fiber blackbody radiance and external stray light. The superconducting nanowire single photon detector comprises: a substrate having an upper surface integrated with an upper anti-reflection layer and a lower surface integrated with a lower anti-reflection layer; an optical cavity structure; a superconducting nanowire; and a reflector. The present invention is easy to operate, and only needs to integrate the multi-layer film filter on the substrate of the SNSPD to filter non-signal radiation.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating an integrated MEMS-CMOS device uses a micro-fabrication process that realizes moving mechanical structures (MEMS) on top of a conventional CMOS structure by bonding a mechanical structural wafer on top of the CMOS and etching the mechanical layer using plasma etching processes, such as Deep Reactive Ion Etching (DRIE). During etching of the mechanical layer, CMOS devices that are directly connected to the mechanical layer are exposed to plasma. This sometimes causes permanent damage to CMOS circuits and is termed Plasma Induced Damage (PID). Embodiments of the present invention presents methods and structures to prevent or reduce this PID and protect the underlying CMOS circuits by grounding and providing an alternate path for the CMOS circuits until the MEMS layer is completely etched.
