    Abstract: An optical image capturing module and an alignment method and an observation method for an upper substrate and a lower substrate using the optical image capturing module are provided. The upper substrate and the lower substrate are disposed opposite. The alignment method includes the following steps of: emitting a light ray; filtering the light ray and dividing the light ray into a light ray at first wavelength and a light ray at second wavelength, whereby the light ray at first wavelength irradiates a pattern on the upper substrate, and the light ray at second wavelength irradiates a pattern on the lower substrate; reflecting the pattern on the upper substrate to an image capturing device; reflecting the pattern on the lower substrate to the image capturing device; and determining the positions of the pattern on the upper substrate and the pattern on the lower substrate on the image capturing device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure illustrates a bidirectional wireless charging device. The bidirectional wireless charging device comprises a transceiver chip which is configured to receive a switch signal. The transceiver chip comprises a power stage circuit and a control module. The power stage circuit is coupled to a coil, and the control module is coupled to the power stage circuit. The power stage circuit is configured to output a voltage to the coil, or to receive an induced voltage from the coil. The control module is configured to control the transceiver chip to enter a power mode or a charging mode based upon the switch signal. When the transceiver chip enters the power mode, the transceiver chip provides the voltage to the coil. When the transceiver chip enters the charging mode, the transceiver chip receives the induced voltage from the coil and charges a power storage unit.

    Abstract: Semiconductor devices and fabrication methods are provided. In a semiconductor device, a semiconductor substrate includes a first electrode layer having a top surface coplanar with a top surface of the semiconductor substrate. A sacrificial layer is formed on the semiconductor substrate and the first electrode layer. A first mask layer made of a conductive material is formed on the sacrificial layer. The first mask layer and the sacrificial layer are etched until a surface of the first electrode layer is exposed to form openings through the first mask layer and the sacrificial layer. A cleaning process is performed to remove etch byproducts adhered to a surface of the first mask layer and adhered to sidewalls and bottom surfaces of the openings. Conductive plugs are formed in the openings after the cleaning process.

    Abstract: A polymer or other substrate optimized for growing cells is described, which takes the form of a micro-thin bag with gas permeable sides. Sides of the bag can be held at a fixed distance from one another with a multitude of tiny micropillars or other spacers extending between them, keeping the bag at a predetermined thickness and preventing the bag from collapsing and the sides from sticking together. In other embodiments, the sides may be held apart by gas pressure alone. A 0.01 ?m to 1000 ?m parylene or other biocompatible coating over the bag outsides controls the permeability of the bag material and provides a bio-safe area for cell growth. An alternate configuration uses open-cell foam with skins coated with a biocompatible coating. Tubes going into multiple bags can be connected to a manifold that delivers gaseous oxygen or removes carbon dioxide and other waste gases.
