    Abstract: A resin slurry for a fractured-vuggy formation and the preparation and use thereof, which belong to the field of drilling fluid lost circulation control. The resin slurry plugging system is composed of the following raw materials in mass percentage: 20%-40% of composite resin plugging agent, 0.5%-5.0% of consolidating agent, 0.5%-5.0% of flow pattern regulator, 0.3%-1.2% of cross-linking agent, 0.3%-1.2% of retarder, 3%-12% of filling agent, and the balance of water. The plugging system has a certain fluidity under low-temperature conditions, is easy to be injected into the formation, and can fill a lose channel of a fractured-vuggy reservoir. The consolidating time of the plugging system is controllable, and the construction conditions are safe. The plugging system forms a three-dimensional cross-linked network structure consolidation after cross-linking and consolidating under high-temperature conditions of the formation.

    Abstract: Example computer-implemented methods, media, and systems for processing input/output (I/O) commands using block size aware polling are disclosed. One example method includes creating multiple polling queues and multiple interrupt queues in a transport drivers layer of a storage stack. A first I/O command is received from a core layer of the storage stack and by the transport drivers layer. A ratio of a total number of multiple small block size commands in the transport drivers layer to a total number of multiple outstanding I/O commands in the transport drivers layer is determined to be larger than a predetermined first threshold. In response to determining that the ratio is larger than the predetermined first threshold, the polling mode is applied to the first I/O command through the submission of the first I/O command to a first polling queue in the multiple polling queues.

    Abstract: A process for post-treatment of electroceramic composite material is disclosed. The process comprises introducing electroceramic composite material and flow-able organometallic compound to a pressure chamber, and degassing (1) the electroceramic composite material by creating a vacuum or underpressure in the pressure chamber, while the electroceramic composite material is immersed (2) in said organometallic compound. Then the pressure is elevated to an atmospheric pressure, wherein said flowable organometallic compound is absorbed (3) into at least part of the pores of the composite material. The electroceramic composite material containing said organometallic compound absorbed into said pores, is then treated (4) with water, water vapour and/or other chemical, thereby producing metal oxide impregnated electroceramic material containing solid metal oxide absorbed into said pores. Instead of flowable organometallic compound, a suspension of metal or metal oxide nanoparticles may be used for the post-treatment.
