Also provided are a coding nucleic acid of the fusion protein, an in-vitro synthesis system, a preparation method, and the like. The fusion protein has: an effector moiety A for killing a target cell, including a toxin molecule; a targeting vector moiety B that binds to a target site on the target cell, the targeting vector moiety being derived from an antibody or a cytokine; and a first linker L1 for linking the effector moiety A to the targeting vector moiety B, wherein the first linker L1 comprises at least 3 amino acid residues. Preferably, the linking mode of the effector moiety A, the first linker L1, and the targeting vector moiety B from the N-terminus to the C-terminus is A-L1-B or B-L1-A.

    Abstract: Provided is a load emergency control method based on a dynamic event trigger mechanism, belonging to the field of smart grid and power system automation control. The method performs regional division on a distribution network according to a safe operation index of a system; proposes an adaptive load level division method based on user response willingness, and establishes an accurate load control model of the distribution network by taking a minimum operation cost of a system of the distribution network as the goal; and uses a dynamic event trigger mechanism to reduce communication between a substation and a master station of the distribution network, and to achieve effective interaction and accurate execution of load control strategy information. The method can achieve accurate load control, effectively alleviate a communication transmission pressure of the distribution network, and ensure stability of a power grid and continuous supply of a key load.

The vertical groove is divided into three sections, each communicating with the ports of the first, the second, and the third group of flow channels, respectively. The first group of flow channels are in a working state, a switching valve is provided at the through-hole, which switches one group of the second group of flow channels and the third group of flow channels into the working state.

    Abstract: In a gas injection method for deep-layer strong bottom water reservoir, a plurality of gas injection mediums is provided for the present reservoir at issue, and a miscible feature of each gas injection medium in crude oil of the present reservoir is analyzed, so as to select a number of target gas injection mediums, which is combined with a well group simulation model corresponding to the present reservoir to obtain an optimal gas injection ratio between the target gas injection mediums. Based on the optimal gas injection ratio and the well group simulation model, gas injection simulation is performed for the present reservoir through a plurality of gas injection modes respectively to obtain an increment in recovery efficiency corresponding to each gas injection mode, thereby determining an optimal gas injection mode. Gas injection then is performed in the present reservoir through the optimal gas injection mode.

The output further indicates durations for individual images of the set of images. A first image of the set of images is to be presented for a first duration that is different from a second duration that a second image is to be presented. The system generates a manifest including the video content, an indication of the set of images, and the durations. The system stores the manifest in a storage location.
