    Abstract: The present invention discloses a joint non-coherent integral vector tracking method based on a spatial domain, which is used for further improving the performance of a vector tracking GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver. In a new vector tracking strategy design, a phase discriminator/a frequency discriminator in a traditional vector tracking loop is discarded, and baseband signals of visible satellites in each channel are taken as an observation value after performing non-coherent integration, and EKF (abbreviation of Extended Kalman Filter) is used to estimate directly and to solve the position, the velocity, a clock error, etc. of the GPS receiver. Because of the existence of non-coherent integral calculation, when GPS satellite signals are relatively weak, a carrier to noise ratio of an observation value may be effectively improved, and the tracking sensitivity is improved.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for healthcare predictive analysis based on dynamic monitoring of patient conditions. Dynamic monitoring is used by healthcare provider entities to collect historical claim feed data regarding its patients. The historical claim feed data is used to monitor patients' progress and conditions. Moreover, this data is used to train and update a predictive model used to predict the occurrence of events. The model predicts the occurrence of events using a sliding window-based algorithm, in which subsets (e.g., windows) of the historical claim feed data are sequentially used to train the model. For each window of data, the model extracts features and outcomes, and trains the model based thereon. The model then extracts features and outcomes of the next window of data and updates the existing model based thereon. The resulting model is run against a set of a data to predict the occurrence of events.

The method has high specificity, as well as high throughput, and is suitable for capturing cells or molecules in a solution or expressed at the surface of cell membranes.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, wireless devices may implement adjusted fractally enhanced kernel polar coding. An encoder may receive a number of information bits and a block size for transmission, and may append an additional number of information bits to the information bits for transmission. The encoder may perform a recursive bit allocation process to allocate the aggregate set of information bits between a set of sub-blocks based on mutual information metrics. To obtain the correct number of information bits and block size, the encoder may remove a number of information bits equal to the number of appended additional bits (e.g., from a first half of the sub-blocks), assign the remaining information bits to bit channels in each sub-block, and block puncture a set of bits (e.g., from the first half). The resulting codeword may mitigate occurrences of achievable signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) spikes.

A further determination occurs for sets of classified data associated with regions of interest (ROIs) according to the determined class type. Masking data associated with the sets of classified data is provided and confidence measures associated with the sets of classified data and the ROIs are determined. Bits are then allocated for groups of pixels based on the masking data and the confidence measures. Thereafter, a bit stream with the bits can be transmitted for playback on a computing device.

Employing the embodiments of the present invention, an accuracy of a detection of a location on the touch screen can be improved by a spread spectrum technology, so as to enhance an anti-interference ability of a touch-controlled device.
