In one example, a computer-implemented method includes identifying a first sampling criterion used for classification of a data store with respect to a target data type during a previous scan of the data store. The data store stores a set of data objects. The method includes selecting a second sampling criterion, from a plurality of sampling criteria, based on the first sampling criterion, and deploying one or more scanners configured to select a subset of data objects, from the set of data objects stored in the data store, based on the second sampling criterion. The subset comprises some, but not all, of the set of data objects. The method includes generating a classification result based on a number of instances of the target data type in the subset of data objects.

Abstract: The present invention disclosures a magnesium@high-sulfur coke hydrogen storage material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises: ball milling magnesium powder with high-sulfur coke in an inert atmosphere to obtain a mixture; subjecting the mixture to pressing to form a pressed tablet, followed by melt infiltration in an inert atmosphere to obtain an infiltrated product and a magnesium vapor; and subjecting the infiltrated product to adsorption and condensation of the magnesium vapor to obtain the magnesium@high-sulfur coke hydrogen storage material. The prepared magnesium@high-sulfur coke has low plateau temperature, high hydrogen storage capacity, fast hydrogen absorption/desorption rate, and other advantages.

Abstract: The technology disclosed relates to streamlined analysis of security posture of a cloud environment. In particular, the disclosed technology relates to a system that analyzes data posture in a cloud environment database using a snapshot of the database. A computer-implemented method includes receiving a request to access a database in the cloud environment, wherein the database includes a first authentication requirement. The method includes identifying a snapshot of the database, wherein the snapshot includes a second authentication requirement that is different than the first authentication requirement. The method includes accessing the snapshot using the second authentication requirement, generating a representation of the database using the snapshot, and generating a data posture analysis result indicative of a data posture of the database based on scanning the representation of the database.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a liquid fuel self-sustaining combustion burner for flame synthesis, including a swirl-flow cylinder and a stable combustion cylinder. A swirl-flow plate is disposed at an open end of the swirl-flow cylinder and defines swirl-flow outlets. A tangential inlet tube is mounted on the swirl-flow cylinder and in fluid communication with the swirl-flow chamber. An open end of the swirl-flow cylinder extends into the stable combustion chamber. The fuel can be atomized by an atomizer and sprayed into the stable combustion chamber for combustion. Air introduced from the tangential inlet tube can flow into the swirl-flow chamber and advance spirally around the central stabilizing column to reach the swirl-flow plate. The airflow is partially injected into the stable combustion chamber through the swirl-flow outlets, and then continues to spirally advance. An atomizing nozzle of the atomizer is located inside the swirling airflow.

An example method generally includes receiving an image and an input prompt specifying a colorization to apply to the image. Based on an encoded version of the image and a textual description of the image input into a machine learning model, one or more color maps associated with the specified colorization to apply to the image are generated. A colorized version of the image is generated by a generative artificial intelligence model based on combining a grayscale version of the image and the one or more color maps, and the colorized version of the image is output.

The clearing model of minimizing the power purchasing cost is constructed considering the DC transmission plan to determine the boundary conditions of the giant hydropower station generation capacity in the supply market, start-off, ramping, upstream and downstream influence power, and coupling the non-linear characteristics of hydropower and the spillage control requirements, which can optimize the day-ahead spot power of the whole network in the supply market. The update strategy for the DC scheme is proposed, which can dynamically adjust the boundaries of outgoing power and update to the recipient market clearing model based on the spillage of the power station and the control of the grid cross section, and iteratively clear until convergence.

In a read/write process of remote procedure call based on a DPU, serialization/deserialization, data compression/decompression, and data copying between a user mode and a kernel mode are not required, a large amount of CPU time in the DPU is saved, the forwarding capability of the DPU for serving an upper layer is significantly improved, single-path read/write delay is reduced, the forwarding capability and the throughput capability of a single core can be effectively improved, and a bottleneck problem caused when the CPU capability of the DPU is limited is also effectively avoided.
