    Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to a printhead pressure arm assembly for a printing device. In various embodiments, the printhead pressure arm assembly comprises a pressure arm comprising an arm base element defined by an arm base length; and distal arm wings extending from a distal end of the arm base element in outward directions perpendicular to the arm base length, wherein the pressure arm defines a T-shaped configuration; and one or more leaf spring elements operably secured to a respective bottom surface of each distal arm wing and configured to operatively engage a printhead assembly; wherein each leaf spring element defines a flexible configuration to facilitate an elastic contact with the printhead assembly; and wherein the leaf spring elements define evenly distributed contact points through which the printhead pressure arm assembly is configured to apply a collective pressure force onto the printhead assembly in an at least substantially uniform distribution.

    Abstract: An IC device may have layout with reduced N-P boundary effect. The IC device may include two rows of transistors. The first row may include one or more P-type transistors. The second row may include N-type transistors. The gate electrode of a P-type transistor may include different conductive materials from the gate electrode of a N-type transistor. Each P-type transistor in the first row may be over a N-type transistor in the second row and contact the N-type transistor in the second row. For instance, the gate of the P-type transistor may contact the gate of the N-type transistor. Vacancy diffusion may occur at the boundary of the P-type transistor and the N-type transistor, causing N-P boundary effect. At least one or more other N-type transistors in the second row do not contact any P-type transistor, which can mitigate the N-P boundary effect in the IC device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a high-entropy alloy (HEA) with room-temperature superplasticity and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of metal materials. In the present disclosure, the HEA with room-temperature superplasticity has a chemical formula shown in Formula I: (FeCoNiCr)100-xCux (Formula I), where in Formula I, x is 2.0 to 4.0. A FeCoNiCr alloy is used as a matrix, and then added with a trace amount of a Cu element, thereby significantly reducing formation of a metastable phase in the FeCoNiCr alloy while reducing stacking fault energy of the alloy, such that the alloy maintains a desirable work hardening ability and achieves an excellent elongation at break. Moreover, a plasticity of the alloy is further improved through twinning-induced plasticity (TWIP).
