An example method includes selecting, by a test selection system, a regression test case from a plurality of regression test cases in a software testing lifecycle system. The test selection system determines a product release weight associated with the regression test case, where the product release weight incorporates new features associated with a product release. The test selection system obtains a regression test case value for the regression test case by applying the product release weight. The test selection system selects the regression test case for use in regression testing for the product release, based on the regression test case value and executes the regression test case on a system.

A virtual root node of a copy-on-write data structure of a virtual disk container object enables snapshotting and traversal between a redo-log disk chain and a native snapshot disk chain. Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for improving interactions with and between computers in computerized security and content monitoring, hosting and providing devices, systems and/or platforms. The disclosed systems and methods provide a novel framework that adaptively distinguishes between known people versus unknown people based on a dynamically applied, anonymous facial recognition methodology. The disclosed framework provides such functionality by recognizing faces within captured images without storing any information or annotations regarding or revealing the captured person's identity. The framework is configured to adaptively learn to distinguish between faces seen for the first time and faces it has previously seen by locally processing a captured image and only sending face embeddings to a network location for future comparisons of subsequently, anonymously captured images.

In addition, the application provides a method for preparing the porous carbon block material according to the present application. The porous carbon block material according to the present application has small pore size, high porosity, and closed pores, and thus has high strength combined with high elasticity, high sealing property, and low density. Hence, the porous carbon block material according to the present application may be used as a sealing material.

Abstract: In a transistor turnoff system, a transistor control circuit is configured to adjust a control voltage at a transistor control output responsive to a comparison signal at a control input. The control voltage has a slew rate. A comparator has a comparator output and first and second comparator inputs. The first comparator input is coupled to the transistor control output. The comparator is configured to: provide the comparison signal at the comparator output based on a reference voltage at the second comparator input; and deactivate the transistor control circuit by changing a state of the comparison signal responsive to the control voltage falling below the reference voltage. A slew-rate compensator is configured to increase the reference voltage by a compensation voltage that compensates for a time delay of the comparator or the transistor control circuit. The compensation voltage is proportional to the slew rate.
