Abstract: The invention provides for delivery, engineering and optimization of systems, methods, and compositions for manipulation of sequences and/or activities of target sequences. Provided are delivery systems and tissues or organ which are targeted as sites for delivery. Also provided are vectors and vector systems some of which encode one or more components of a CRISPR complex, as well as methods for the design and use of such vectors. Also provided are methods of directing CRISPR complex formation in eukaryotic cells to ensure enhanced specificity for target recognition and avoidance of toxicity and to edit or modify a target site in a genomic locus of interest to alter or improve the status of a disease or a condition.

Abstract: A natural language specification of at least one high level information technology services requirement is obtained from a user, via a conversational interface; the same is parsed into first pre-defined semi-structured data, using a conversation parser. Based on the first pre-defined semi-structured data, a subset of candidate information technology services is identified, with a dialog engine, from a plurality of candidate information technology services provided by a plurality of vendors, the dialog engine is used to formulate a response including second pre-defined semi-structured data. The response is reverse-parsed into a natural language response, using the conversation parser. The natural language response includes a question for the user to assist in further refining the subset of candidate information technology services; the natural language response is presented to the user via the conversational interface.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and devices for Chinese language input to a touch screen. A method can include displaying pinyin “initials” on the touch screen and sensing a touch input at a first position of the touch screen. If the touch input is continuously sensed at the first position for a predetermined period of time, the method can include determining a pinyin “initial” and then discontinuing displaying the pinyin “initials” and displaying pinyin “finals” on the touch screen. By sensing a removal of the touch input from the touch screen at a second position, a selected “final” is determined. The method can also include displaying at least one Chinese character on the touch screen based upon the selected “initial” and the selected “final.

Abstract: This disclosure provides replication-incompetent adenoviral vectors useful in vaccine development and gene therapy. The disclosed vectors comprise a selective deletion of E3 and are particularly useful for preparation of vaccines development and for gene therapy using toxic transgene products that result in vector instability that occurs when the entire E3 domain is deleted.

Each submodule has a front electrode layer, a semiconductor layer, and a back electrode layer which have separating lines in each case for forming series-connected photovoltaic cells. The outer cells of two adjacent submodules are united into a single common tap cell for current collection. The separating lines of the two adjacent submodules are disposed mirror-asymmetrically with respect to a perpendicular bisector of the common tap cell. According to the present invention, the thin film photovoltaic module can prevent leakage current and power drop.

The disclosure also discloses a device for managing an application program. By adopting the method and the device provided by the disclosure, the application programs can be saved and restored in batches, and it is advantageous to enhance user experience.

The machine learning model may be a collaborative filtering model or a performance oriented model. The collaborative filtering model may rely on matrix factorization or Boltzmann Machines. The performance-oriented model may rely on a local regression.

The present invention is used to solve the problems of gas mixture and gas delay occurring when process steps are switched.
