  • Publication number: 20250082740
Abstract: The disclosure relates to the field of molecular biology, and in particular relates to the use of CXCL 14. According to the present invention, different antigen proteins are transferred to the surface of a DC cell by means of the chemotactic binding capacity of CXCL 14 and surface receptors of immune cells such as DC cells. A chemokine of CXCL14 can effectively induce the binding of an antigen molecule to a specific immune cell at the N-terminal of an antigen protein, such that the cross presentation effect of the antigen molecule is greatly enhanced, and CXCL14 can finally induce a stronger specific immune response of the antigen molecule.

  • Publication number: 20250028750
Abstract: A technique is described for compressing input information fed to a machine-trained generative model. The technique includes: receiving original input information having a plurality of sentences; performing word-level encoding of the original input information using a first part of a machine-trained transformer model, to provide word-level encoded information; performing sentence-level encoding of the word-level encoded information using a second part of the machine-trained transformer model, to provide scores associated with the first plurality of sentences; selecting a subset of the sentences in the original input information based on the scores, to provide modified input information; and providing the modified input information to the machine-trained generative model. The operation of word-level encoding performs parallel processing on portions of the original input information.

  • Publication number: 20240368459
Abstract: A guar gum fracturing fluid gel and a guar gum fracturing fluid system with reduced pH dependence, a preparation method and an application thereof are disclosed. The fracturing fluid gel includes 0.01-0.2% of nanomaterial, 0.1-0.5% of guar gum, 0.1-0.5% of organic boron-titanium crosslinker and a remaining amount of water. The fracturing fluid gel is more stable in network structure, tolerant of different temperatures and has good shear resistance. A preparation method and an application of the fracturing fluid gel are also provided. In the guar gum fracturing fluid system, the dependence on pH level is reduced, thereby alleviating the damage caused by a high pH value to a reservoir.

  • Patent number: 10270720
Abstract: Recommendations, such as recipients and attachments, are determined from content that is associated with a message item. A user may enter one or more: recipients; attachments; and message content for the message that may be used in determining recommendations. Keywords may also be identified by analyzing the content of the message to determine recommended content/recipients. Behavior patterns may also be used to determine recommendations. The recommended users/content of a message may be obtained from a messaging program, a local data store, a network data store, a cloud service, and the like. The recommended items (e.g. users/content) determined from analyzing the content are displayed such that they may be used by the user when editing the message item. The recommended items may be ranked by relevancy using metrics such as keywords, people, time last viewed and use patterns.

  • Patent number: 10235018
Abstract: Electronic messages are displayed as tiles. A tile may include a background related to the electronic message. For example, the background of a tile may be a preview of an attachment to the message. When the message includes an attachment (e.g. document, picture, link . . . ), an overlay is displayed over the background. The overlay includes information relating to the electronic message (i.e. subject, sender, time, message preview . . . ). When the message does not include an attachment then the tile may include all/portion of the content of the electronic message. For example, the tile may include the subject, sender, time stamp, and message content. A user may switch between different browsing experiences (e.g. conversation view, list view, strip view, . . . ). When a tile represents a conversation each sender within the conversation may be displayed on a tile along with a preview of the messages of the conversation (i.e. the most recent message).

  • Patent number: 10140270
Abstract: A first set of changes to a first version of a digital document, as compared to a baseline version of the document, can be detected. The first set of changes can include a first change to a page of the document in the first version of the document, as compared to the baseline version of the document. Also, a second set of changes to a second version of a document, as compared to the baseline version of the document, can be detected. The second set of changes can include a second change to the page of the document in the second version of the document, as compared to the baseline version of the document. A conflict between the first change and the second change can be detected, and the conflict can be resolved by receiving user input or applying conflict resolution rule(s) to choose between the first and second changes.
