Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a terminal information reporting method and a related device, which enables a base station to learn an interruption delay, and therefore can control quality of service according to the interruption delay. The method includes: a first terminal obtains first information, where the first information includes an interruption delay or a first identifier or a second identifier, where the first identifier represents a timing relationship between a moment at which the first terminal triggers or sends a measurement report and a first timer, and the second identifier represents a timing relationship between a moment at which the first terminal initiates connection reestablishment and the first timer; and sends the first information to a base station.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a network side device, user equipment, and a spectrum sharing method thereof. The method includes: acquiring load information of a first and a second systems; acquiring a cycle period of a shared frequency of the first and the second systems; obtaining time slice allocation information according to the load information of the first and the second system, and the cycle period, where the time slice allocation information includes a first and a second time slice; and sending the time slice allocation information to user equipment, so that the user equipment performs data transmission at the first time slice by using the first system and performs data transmission at the second time slice by using the second system and by using the shared frequency. By means of the foregoing manner, a shared frequency can be allocated, so that efficiency of transmitting system data can be effectively improved.

Abstract: According to the embodiments of the present invention, a report measurement can be implemented between a radio network controller and a user equipment in a CELL_FACH state by using a current MC message and a current MR message; and in a process of implementing the report measurement, coordination between the report measurement and a cell reselection measurement executed by the user equipment can be implemented to minimize an impact of the report measurement on the cell reselection measurement.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data packet transmission method and a device, which relate to the communications field, so as to reduce a storage burden on a base station in a data transmission process. The method includes: acquiring, by a base station that serves a UE, instruction information of a small data packet; and after receiving a radio resource control message sent from the UE, acquiring, by the base station that serves the UE, the small data packet from a core network device according to the instruction information of the small data packet, and sending the small data packet to the UE. The embodiments of the present invention are used for data packet transmission.

Abstract: The embodiments of present invention provide a mobile communications method, a device, and a system. The method is performed by an access network device, including: receiving, by using a terrestrial interface of a first network standard between an access network and a first core network, a first terrestrial interface message of the first network standard sent by the first core network; generating, according to an air interface protocol of an air interface of a second network standard between the access network and UE and the first terrestrial interface message, a first air interface message of the second network standard; and sending, by using the air interface of the second network standard, the first air interface message to the UE. The method implements direct communication between network devices of different standards in a mobile communications system, thereby decoupling an air interface from a terrestrial interface.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a transmission method, apparatus, and system for uplink transmit diversity, which relate to the field of communications. To determine activation or deactivation of uplink transmit diversity in time and effectively to improve uplink transmission quality, the technical solution provided in the present invention is as follows: determining, by a base station, to activate/deactivate uplink transmit diversity of a user equipment and sending an activation/deactivate request indication to a radio network controller, the activation/deactivate request indication is used for the radio network controller to instruct the user equipment to activate/deactivate the uplink transmit diversity. The present invention is applicable to the control of uplink transmit diversity transmission.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a radio communications method and device, where the method is applicable to a radio communications system, where the radio communications system includes a unified control area, the unified control area includes areas covered by two or more cells of different standards, and the method includes: configuring, by a network-side device, a unified broadcast control channel for the unified control area; and sending, by the network-side device and over the unified broadcast control channel, a broadcast message to an idle-state user equipment UE that is located in the unified control area and camps on the unified broadcast control channel. By using this method, in a process in which a UE in an idle state moves in coverage areas of different standards, a standard on which the UE camps does not need to be changed, thereby reducing complexity of mobility management and reducing signaling overheads.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for triggering resource configuration are disclosed. The method includes: if user equipment (UE) in Cell_Paging Channel (Cell_PCH) state figures out that the total amount of buffer occupancy at the radio link control (RLC) layer or the Transport Channel Traffic Volume is larger than configured threshold, the UE carries an indication in a MEASUREMENT REPORT message and transmit the message to the network side, wherein the indication is used to trigger the network side to configure resources for the UE. With the present invention, the resource configuration is quickly triggered, and the delay of the UE in the data transmission is minimized.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for obtaining radio access network information and a radio access network controller. The method for obtaining radio access network information includes: receiving, by a second radio access network controller, first radio access network information request information from a first radio access network controller, where the first radio access network information request information is used to request radio access network information of a third radio access network controller; and sending, by the second radio access network controller, target radio access network information to the first radio access network controller. The method reduces resource waste, improves a resource utilization rate and reduces a burden on a source core network entity and a target core network entity.

The method includes: establishing, by a user equipment, a first connection with an SRC by using a first communications network; and sending, by the user equipment, NAS signaling or Layer 3 signaling of a second communications network to the SRC by using the first connection, and/or receiving NAS signaling or Layer 3 signaling of a second communications network from the SRC by using the first connection. In embodiments of the present application, when a user equipment needs to access a wireless local area network through an access point to access the Internet, a base station controller may notify the user equipment of an available access point. In this way, the user equipment can access the wireless local area network directly through the available access point and does not need to request a password from an operator and enter the password during access.

Abstract: The present application provides a method for adjusting resource configuration, a radio network controller, and a base station. The method includes sending configuration information of an uplink common enhanced dedicated transport channel E-DCH resource pool to a base station, where the configuration information of an uplink common E-DCH resource pool includes information of a first resource pool to which a first transmission time interval corresponds and information of a second resource pool to which a second transmission time interval corresponds. Indication information is sent by the base station according to usage of at least one of the resource pools. Configuration of the first resource pool can be adjusted according to the indication information. In embodiments of the present application, the range of the resource pool can be dynamically adjusted in the case that a plurality of transmission time intervals coexists.
