    Abstract: A package substrate is provided, in which conductive pillars are formed on a circuit layer of a core board body, and an insulating layer encapsulates the conductive pillars in such a manner that the conductive pillars are exposed from a surface of the insulating layer for use as external contacts. Hence, there is no need to fabricate a wiring layer on the insulating layer. Consequently, a thickness of the package substrate is smaller to meet the requirements of thinning.

    Abstract: Provided is an electronic package, in which an external connection structure is formed on a first side of a circuit structure, at least one circuit assembly electrically connected to the circuit structure and at least one electronic element electrically connected to the circuit structure are disposed on a second side of the circuit structure, and the circuit assembly and the electronic element are encapsulated by a cladding layer. The coefficients of thermal expansion (CTEs) of the circuit assembly and the cladding layer are both greater than the CTE of the circuit structure, and the CTE of the circuit structure is greater than the CTE of the external connection structure, so as to prevent the difference in CTEs between the first side and the second side of the circuit structure from being significantly changed, thereby preventing the electronic package from warpage.

    Abstract: A fan shaft structure includes a fan frame having an axle seat set therein with a stator silicon steel sheet set and a circuit board installed outside the axle seat, a fan blade set in the fan frame holds a rotor magnet therein relative to the outside of the stator silicon steel sheet set, and a rotating shaft has one end assembled at the fan blade and its other end assembled in the axle seat. The outer part of the rotating shaft located in an accommodating groove is mounted with bearings, oil-containing members and oil-retaining caps. The oil film on the inner diameter of the oil-containing members can contact the rotating shaft to fill the gap between the oil-containing members and the rotating shaft, which can prevent external environmental dust, fine particles or foreign matter from penetrating between the rotating shaft and the bearings.

A PPG sensor detects the light from the multiple light sources after it has passed through the subject's skin and generates a PPG signal for each light source. A processor, communicatively coupled to the PPG sensor, receives the PPG signals and estimates physiological parameters from each PPG signal. The light sources may include a red light source, an infrared light source, and a green light source, with the green light source used for calibration in the measurement of blood oxygen saturation. The processor may dynamically perform amputation or imputation of the PPG signals based on the consistency of the signals from the different light sources. The physiological parameters may include respiratory effort and pulse rate and pulse rate variability.

The COFs obtained by using the method have large specific surface area, regular and adjustable porous structure, and high crystallinity.
