Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) structure includes a substrate having several regions, several semiconductor devices formed at the substrate and respectively within the regions, and an ultra-deep (UD) trench isolation structure formed in the substrate. The substrate has a top surface and a bottom surface oppositely, and the UD trench isolation structure formed in the substrate surrounds peripheries of each of the regions for structurally and physically isolating the semiconductor devices within different regions. The UD trench isolation structure penetrates the substrate by extending from the top surface of the substrate to the bottom surface of the substrate.

Abstract: The present invention provides a Lactobacillus composition and a use thereof for improving anxiety caused by antibiotics, wherein the Lactobacillus composition comprises Lactobacillus plantarum GMNL-141, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GM-020, Lactobacillus acidophilus GMNL-185, or a combination thereof. The Lactobacillus composition can effectively improve imbalance of an individual's intestinal flora caused by antibiotics to help stabilize and increase species richness and increase the synthesis of mood-stabilizing compounds, including flavonoids, flavonols, isoquinoline alkaloids, niacinamide, nicotinamide, and short-chain fatty acids in intestine, and thus effectively improve antibiotic-induced with anxiety disorders.

Abstract: An alignment structure including a first casing, a first magnetic component, a second casing and a second magnetic component is provided. The first magnetic component is disposed at the first casing and has a first surface, and the first surface is a non-planar surface. The second magnetic component is disposed at the second casing and has a second surface, and the second surface is a non-planar surface. When the second casing leans against the first casing, the first surface and the second surface are facing each other, and a magnetic attraction between the first magnetic component and the second magnetic component guides the second magnetic component to be aligned to the first magnetic component, and stops the second casing from being separated from the first casing.

Accordingly, the first casing is rotatable related to the second casing.

The processing unit adjusts the speaker unit to operate in a first sound mode based on the first frequency characteristic of the speaker unit, and detects whether the connection module is communicatively coupled with a sound device having a second frequency characteristic. The processing unit switches the speaker unit from the first sound mode into a second sound mode based on the comparison between the first frequency characteristic and the second frequency characteristic.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a device control method, which comprises capturing, by a portable device, a first image of a specific area containing a number of electronic devices connected to a communication network; transmitting a connection signal to a selected electronic device on a device list containing all the electronic devices connected to a communication network; determining whether the selected electronic device is in the first image captured based on whether a response has been received from the selected electronic device; identifying the selected electronic device on the device list and the relative position of the selected electronic device on the first image captured upon determined that the selected electronic device is in the first image; and continuing the device identification process until all the connected electronic devices on the device list has been verified, to identify the relative positions of all electronic devices contained in the first image.
