The aligning member is urged by a spring (5) in a direction to project from the outer member. When connecting the optical fiber to the counterpart optical fiber, the aligning member is moved in a direction opposite to the foregoing direction against an urging force applied by the spring so that the connecting end of the optical fiber is projected from the aligning member.

The protrusion protrudes toward the support member to be engaged with a recess of the elastic support member. Further, the silt is provided to penetrate through each opposite wall without being opened to an outer peripheral end of the side plate. Accordingly, the support member can be readily attached to the side plate, while it can prevent the side plate from being deformed in a brazing.

After being inserted through the insertion opening 10f and wound around a windup spring 30 inside the casing 10, the wiring harness is withdrawn through the withdrawal opening 10g. The container casing 10 is secured to either one of a door and a body, and the wiring harness withdrawn from the container casing 10 is extended to the other of the door and the body and secured thereto by a clamp.
