  • Patent number: 8681735
Abstract: A controller manages a connection of a wireless terminal to a wireless base station, and provides a source base station with information for connecting the wireless terminal by way of an anchor when the wireless terminal moves between wireless base stations. When devices on both sides of an anchor connected communication are wireless terminals connected to wireless base stations in said same wireless communications system, a wireless base station device switches a path such that data is transmitted/received between the wireless base stations to which the wireless terminals are connected on both sides of the anchor connected communication without intervention of the anchor.

  • Patent number: 8630254
Abstract: A telephone relay system enabling a terminal having multiple telephone numbers to originate and receive calls same as a terminal having only one telephone number is provided. When a connection management unit of an agent device receives a call request from a terminal device, it activates a terminal calling unit while designating a current telephone number and also activates a counterpart calling unit to establish a terminal-side connection between the current telephone number of the terminal device and the agent device and a counterpart-side connection between the agent device and the counterpart terminal. When an incoming call from the counterpart terminal arrives, the connection management unit establishes a counterpart-side connection corresponding to the incoming call, and activates the terminal calling unit while designating the current telephone number to establish a terminal-side connection.

  • Patent number: 8611903
Abstract: The present invention provides a radio communication system that enables handovers between radio base stations to be conducted at a short time using a mobile communication terminal having one radio communication part. A pseudo radio communication control part in a mobile communication terminal links with a packet transfer part and a remote radio control part in a radio bridge device to enable operation as though a radio communication part disposed in the radio bridge device were directly connected to the mobile communication terminal. Thus, even when radio communication parts are disposed in a plurality of terminals, by using the pseudo radio communication control part instead of a radio communication control part, an application can carry out control as though all the radio communication parts were connected in the same terminal.

  • Patent number: 8327140
Abstract: The present invention is directed to perform high-reliable authentication using a one-way function that a communication is a communication which was performed with the same apparatus to be authenticated by storing a password only in an apparatus to be authenticated (it is unnecessary to store a password in both of an authentication apparatus and an apparatus to be authenticated) without transmitting a challenge code. When a setting is updated in a setting management server, authentication is performed by using a one-time password obtained last time. A sound communication terminal performs a process using a hash function once on a one-time password transmitted this time, and performs authentication by determining whether the processed one-time password matches a one-time password obtained last time or not. Whether the information at the time of the change in the setting is proper or not is determined by a sound terminal.

  • Patent number: 8320295
Abstract: To suppress communication delay and data loss caused by the radio type of a mobile terminal and the radio communication band when a communication packet is sent to the mobile terminal in a mobile IP system. A mobile IP control system includes: a radio base station (40A) which provides a radio connection link to a mobile terminal (50); a home agent (20) which transfers a communication packet transmitted from a partner terminal (60), to the mobile terminal (50); and a foreign agent (30A) which relays mutual communication between the foreign agent (30A) and the radio base station (40A). The foreign agent (30A) notifies the home agent (20) of the communication band of the radio communication performed between the radio base station (40A) and the mobile terminal (50). The home agent (20) performs band control for packet transmission to the mobile terminal (50) in accordance with the notified communication band.
