  • Publication number: 20190306791
Abstract: A communication system includes a base station configuring an energy saving cell (ES cell) and a base station configuring a compensation cell (Comp cell). The ES cell is switchable between a switch-on state and a switch-off state. The Comp cell compensates for the coverage of the ES cell when the ES cell is in the switch-off state. Before the Comp cell starts compensating for the coverage, for example, before the ES cell decides to switch itself off in Step ST2101, in Step ST2201 for example, the base station configuring the ES cell notifies the UE being connected with the ES cell of the information about a Comp cell, for example, a Comp cell list.

  • Publication number: 20090178584
Abstract: An object is to provide a printing machine nip checking system and the like that facilitates a nip checking operation. In the invention, a subject roller selecting section 10 is provided that selects a roller of which a nip width is to be checked. When a subject is narrowed, a main gear rotation angle calculating section 11 determines a rotation angle of the selected roller, in addition to a rotation direction. A main gear rotation driving section 13 connected to the main gear rotation angle calculating section 11 rotates a main gear 18 by the calculated desired angle, after the main gear 18 is stopped for a certain amount of time. As a result, an operator can visually recognize a nip on a subject gear without particularly considering the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the main gear 18.

  • Publication number: 20090020026
Abstract: A printing press is configured such that the printing sheet is supplied from the paper feeding unit through the intermediate cylinder 14 while the ink is supplied from the ink apparatus to the blanket cylinder 11 through the printing cylinder 12 and, when the printing sheet passes between the blanket cylinder 11 and the impression cylinder 13, the ink is transferred from the blanket cylinder 11 and, thereby, printing is executed. In the printing press, the rotary encoder 31 detects the rotation angle of the blanket cylinder 11 and the control unit 32 receives the instructions of the head portion finding switches 33b, 33c and drives and controls the driving unit 16 and, thereby, the blanket cylinder 11 can be rotated and stopped to/at the blanket replacement angle for replacing the blanket 28 wound around the blanket cylinder 11.

  • Patent number: 7319465
Abstract: For a display device having a solar cell and a power buffer for keeping stored electric power, a display system which has a low-power drive mode, self-contained power and no need for recharging or power wiring is provided. The display system includes a solar cell using a thin-film semiconductor, a power storage element for temporarily storing the produced power, a driving circuit, a matrix display unit, a display rewrite instruction unit for inputting screen rewrite and a control circuit and starts rewriting a display when power sufficient to rewrite an image screen is stored in the solar cell. The display device having remarkable portability and no limited battery life, which controls a display mode depending on the power produced by the solar cell, can display even when power generation is low and allows self-contained power even if the storage element has a small capacity, can be obtained.

  • Publication number: 20050102832
Abstract: In a system for preparing a wire harness production, a modified wiring pattern generator generates modified wire harness wiring pattern information related to at least one second pattern in which at least one of parts, electric circuits, and wirings of a first pattern including the parts, the electric circuits, and the wirings of a standard type vehicle is altered. A parts information storage stores parts specification information including specifications of the parts, the electric circuits and the wiring included in the second patterns. A simulator simulates whether each of the second patterns is practical while referring to the parts specification information. A sub wiring pattern modifier modifies at least one of first sub patterns constituting the first pattern to at least one of second sub patterns so as to constitute the second pattern judged as practical by the simulator.
