The passivation layer is disposed at a light emitting side of the UV organic light-emitting device, wherein the passivation layer is made of a transparent material showing a weak absorption in a UV spectral region. The present invention can mitigate the problems existing in the conventional UV lamp.

In addition, the method for making the ultraviolet curing glue is comparably simplified, and easy to manipulate.
