    Abstract: This application provides a communication method, an apparatus, and a device. The method provides storage and/or selection of a correspondence between an edge application server (EAS) and a service enabler architecture layer data delivery (SEALDD) server, so that when performing EAS discovery and selection, an edge enabler server (EES) may simultaneously select the SEALDD server corresponding to the EAS. This facilitates collaborative use of an MEC service and a service enabler architecture layer data delivery service. In addition, in this method, information about the service enabler architecture layer data delivery service may be decoupled from registration information of the EAS, and another network element may be allowed to query a configuration server for the information about the service enabler architecture layer data delivery service. This helps simplify a service enabler architecture layer data delivery service procedure.

The method, when used, has a small error and high accuracy, can save a lot of material and financial resources, and can be more widely used in real life.
