    Abstract: In a method for selecting an antenna of an electronic device, one or more sensors are used to detect whether all of the antennas of the electronic device are approached by external objects. When all of the antennas are approached by the external objects, an approached antenna which has a largest value of received signal strength indication is selected. When not all of the antennas are approached by the external objects, an antenna which has a largest value of received signal strength indication and is not approached is selected. The selected antenna is set for transmitting and receiving wireless signals.

    Abstract: A multiband antenna includes main antenna, a switch circuit, and a parasitic antenna. The main antenna includes a radiating portion, a feeding portion, a grounding portion, and an extending portion coupled to the feeding portion and the grounding portion. The switch circuit is configured to regulate an impedance matching characteristic of the multiband antenna, thereby regulating an operating frequency of the low frequency resonate mode. The parasitic antenna is positioned apart from and electromagnetically coupled to the main antenna, and configured to generate a high frequency resonate mode.

The first radiating portion, the elastic piece, and the second radiating portion are configured to operate at a first frequency band; the first radiating portion and the elastic piece generate a frequency-doubled effect to operate at a second frequency band.     Abstract: An antenna structure includes a feed end, a ground end, a main radiator, a coupling portion, a matching circuit, a switching circuit, and a diplexer. The main radiator is coupled to the feed end. The coupling portion is coupled to the ground end and is spaced apart from the main radiator to allow current to flow from the main radiator to the coupling portion. The switching circuit is coupled to the ground end. The diplexer includes a first port, a second port, and a third port, the first port is coupled to the feed end, the second port is coupled to a transceiver via the matching circuit, and the third port is coupled to the transceiver. The diplexer separates high frequency current from low frequency current output from the feed end, the matching circuit and the switching circuit adjust the high frequency current and the low frequency current.
