The surface emitting laser device according to an embodiment may comprise: a substrate; a first reflective layer arranged on the substrate; an active layer arranged on the first reflective layer; an aperture layer arranged on the active layer and comprising an opening; a second reflective layer arranged on the active layer; a transparent electrode layer arranged on the second reflective layer; and a metal electrode layer arranged on the transparent electrode layer. The transparent electrode layer may comprise a first area perpendicularly overlapping the opening and multiple second areas extending from the first area. The multiple second areas may be arranged outside the opening along the circumferential direction of the opening and spaced apart from each other. The multiple second areas may be arranged and spaced apart from each other so as to correspond to the circumference of the opening.

In manufacturing a hybrid tube, it is possible to derive an optimal ratio between heterogeneous materials that can achieve weight reduction while satisfying a target buckling load, thereby making it possible to reduce the weight of tubes of metal materials and apparatuses related to such tubes.

    Abstract: Proposed is a method of manufacturing a hybrid round rod, the method including the step of calculating an optimal ratio between a metal round rod and a composite material layer when manufacturing the hybrid round rod in which the composite material layer is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the metal round rod, in order to reduce the weight of an existing metal round rod such as a rod of a hydraulic cylinder. As such, the optimal ratio between heterogeneous materials can be derived, so that the weight can be reduced while satisfying a target buckling load when manufacturing the hybrid round rod. Thus, the present disclosure can contribute to reduction of the weight of round rods and tubes of metal materials and the weight of related apparatuses.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for differentiating motor neurons from tonsil-derived mesenchymal stem cells, and a cell therapy agent using the same. The differentiation method of the present disclosure exhibits high differentiation potency into motor neurons, and thus enables a large quantity of motor neurons to be secured. Since the cells which are differentiated according to the present disclosure are obtained using discarded tonsillar tissues, there are fewer ethical issues. In addition, the cells are highly applicable as a cell therapy agent because they can be obtained easily in large quantities.
