    Abstract: A cable connector includes an insulative housing, a number of contacts, an internal circuit board and a flat cable. The contacts are arranged in two rows. Each contact has a retaining portion retained in the insulative housing, a contact portion and a connecting portion extending from two ends of the retaining portion. The internal circuit board has a plurality of first golden fingers at one end thereof and a plurality of second golden fingers at another end thereof. The first golden fingers connect with the connecting portions of the contacts. The second golden fingers electrically connect with the first golden fingers. The flat cable has a plurality of wires corresponding to and connecting with the second golden fingers and a coating retaining at outside of the wires. All wires are arranged in a row.

The insulative housing has a body portion and a mating portion forwardly extending from the body portion. The contacts include a plurality of ground contacts and a plurality of pairs of differential signal contacts located between the ground contacts. Each contact has a retaining portion retained in the insulative housing, a contact portion extending to the mating portion from one end of the retaining portion, and a tail portion extending to a rear side of the body portion from another end of the retaining portion. The circuit board is arranged at a rear side of the body portion, and has a plurality of ground connections and a conductive path connecting the ground connections together. The ground connections connect with the tail portions of the ground contacts.

    Abstract: A laryngeal mask airway is provided. The laryngeal mask airway mainly includes a handle. A front end of the handle is connected to a mask body, and the handle and the mask body are formed of a flexible polymer material (e.g., polyvinyl chloride, PVC) for medical use. A guiding hole is formed at a side where the mask body and the handle are connected, and a working area is formed at an external opening of the guiding hole. With the working area, after an endotracheal intubation procedure is completed, a medical staff is able to hold the endotracheal tube with fingers throughout the whole procedure when the laryngeal mask airway is being removed, to prevent an improper movement of the endotracheal tube.
