    Abstract: A method to allow participation with multiple other players in a virtual reality (VR) board game includes steps of generating a board game scenario after a player with a mobile terminal logs in to a server and sending the VR scenario to the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal can transmit first and second signals, the first signal defining movement and track of a player piece being moved, and the second signal defining verbal expressions or commands by the player to trigger a preset event in the game. The first and second signals are analyzed and the player pieces in the VR scenario are moved accordingly. The method and system can also determine at least one player piece in the scenario that matches a condition for triggering a preset event or move in the VR game and make suggestions to the player accordingly.

    Abstract: The present invention generally relates to sensitizer compounds and their use to sensitize cancer and/or pre-cancerous cells of certain cancers to treatment with certain resistance-prone therapeutics used in cancer therapy. In embodiments, the conjugates of particular esters or amides of Near Infrared Dyes, are used as sensitizers to avoid or overcome therapeutic resistance once formed. In embodiments, the sensitizers include conjugates with Cisplatin, Simvastatin, Artemisinin, platin-based compounds or statins. In embodiments, the resistance prone cancer therapeutics include cisplatin, gemcitabine, doxorubicin, paclitaxel, docetaxel, and platin-based compounds. These may be administered in combination with the sensitizer, or the sensitizer itself may comprise an therapeutic-derived moiety conjugated to the sensitizer, for example as is the case for dye-CIS conjugated sensitizers. Alternatively, the sensitizer may be co-administered with one or more therapeutic.

    Abstract: An alignment method adopted by a 3D printer having a 3D nozzle for jetting material and a 2D pen-module for jetting colored ink is disclosed. The 3D printer first controls the 3D nozzle to print an alignment template on a printing platform, wherein the alignment template comprises multiple alignment blocks respectively and separately printed along an axis, and each alignment block respectively deviates from each center-line according to an accumulated offset. Next, the 3D printer controls the 2D pen-module to print an ink matrix on the alignment template, wherein the ink matrix comprises multiple ink blocks respectively and separately printed along the same axis, and each ink block is exactly corresponding to each center-line respectively. The 3D printer uses covering status of each alignment block and each ink block to determine a deviation between the 3D nozzle and the 2D pen-module, so as to perform an alignment action thereupon.
