The target resource set includes a selected resource on a first carrier as indicated at a first time instant, and the second time instant is earlier than the first time instant. According to the present disclosure, the selected resource on the current carrier is evaluated according to the latest selected resource or scheduled resource on another carrier, at least before transmission on the selected resource of the current carrier. If the currently selected resource cannot be used for transmission, resource reselection can be triggered.
