The method includes: receiving a message sent by a network side or another equipment, wherein the message carries data; identifying a data type of the data; and storing the data into a function module corresponding to the data type according to a corresponding relationship list, wherein the corresponding relationship list is a list of correspondence between the data types and the function module. Meanwhile, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a mobile terminal for processing data in a message. With embodiments of the present invention, the intelligent interaction capability between a mobile terminal and a user is enhanced, and the transaction processing efficiency of the mobile terminal is also improved.
