    Abstract: A ratchet wrench includes a wrench head with a ratchet space and a hole which communicates with the ratchet space. The ratchet space accommodates a ratchet-pawl assembly. The hole accommodates a direction-switching device. The ratchet-pawl assembly includes a ratchet and first and second pawls. The first and second pawls have pawl teeth on the first side thereof, and recessed areas on the second side thereof. Both ends of the first and second pawls have arc portions. The first and second pawls form abutting portions with thicknesses at two ends of the first side thereof. The thickness of the abutting portions of the first pawl is greater than the thickness of the abutting portions of the second pawl. The direction-switching device includes a toggle member which has first and second beads respectively pushed by first and second springs so as to be engaged with the first and second recessed areas.

    Abstract: A ratchet wrench includes a wrench head which accommodates a ratchet-pawl assembly and a direction-switching device. The ratchet-pawl assembly includes a ratchet, and first and second pawls. The first and second pawls have pawl teeth for being engaged with the ratchet teeth of the ratchet. A recessed area is formed on each first and second pawls and face away from the ratchet teeth. Each recessed area forms first and second recessed curve portions, and two recessed curve portions. The direction-switching device includes a toggle member and two cavities. Each cavity accommodates a bead and spring which pushes the bead to move in the recessed areas of the first and second pawls and push the pawl teeth with the ratchet teeth of the ratchet. The pawl teeth of the first and second pawls are respectively engage with corresponding tooth valleys and tooth tip sides of the ratchet teeth.

    Abstract: A rotational tool locking device includes a handle, a drive head, a locking assembly, and an operating button. The drive head is pivotally mounted at one end of the handle, and the locking assembly is arranged between the handle and the drive head. When in the released state, the drive head can be easily rotated relative to the handle to a specific angle, presenting different pitch positions.

    Abstract: An open-end wrench includes a working head and a handle which is formed with the working head. The working head includes an open slot which is formed by multiple driving surfaces, and has an access opening. An arcuate groove is formed between adjacent driving surfaces. Each driving surface has a concave sharp recess that forms an angle less than 90 degrees. The sharp recess is located in the middle of the driving surface corresponding thereto for gripping corners of screws. When in use, even if the screw corners are extensively damaged, the angled sharp recesses can find a gripping point to assist in turning the screw.

    Abstract: A ratchet wrench assembly includes a ratchet installed in a through hole of a head. The ratchet includes a through hole, an annular groove and a side opening. The through hole communicates with the annular groove via the side opening. One of two open ends of the through hole is a star-shaped opening with twelve points. Another one of the two open ends of the through hole is a hexagonal opening with six points. A C-clip is secured in the annular groove. A part of the C-clip located at the side opening is located inside the through hole. A working component has a hexagonal cross section and is inserted from the star-shaped opening end. When the working component matches with the hexagonal opening, it is movable through the through hole. When the working component is not matched with the hexagonal opening, the rod part cannot pass through the through hole.

The working member includes a rod and a working head protruding from the body portion. A torque sensor is connected to the rod of the working member. A release unit is located in the room of the body portion and movably connected to the rod of the working member. A torque setting unit is located in the room to apply a set torque to the release unit. A controller is connected to the torque wrench and electrically connected to the torque sensor and the torque setting unit. When a force applied to the working member exceeds the set torque, the torque setting unit drives the release unit, causing the working member to be free of force.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-segment bendable joint, comprising: a jointer, having a rod portion, a first ball head and a second ball head connected at two ends of the rod portion; a first connector, at opposite ends thereof, with a first connecting portion and a first joint slot for receiving the first ball head therein, respectively; and a second connector, at opposite ends thereof, with a second connecting portion and a second joint slot for receiving the second ball head therein, respectively.
