    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating custom garment patterns for producing clothing sized to fit any newly input human body representation. A set of reference sample bodies may be selected for which custom designed garment patterns are then obtained. Once reference patterns are obtained, a custom garment pattern for a particular new body may be automatically created by blending two or more of the reference patterns. For example, the neighboring reference bodies to the new body may be identified within a low-dimensional embedding space, and interpolation of garment parameters for the previously designed garment patterns for these reference bodies may be performed to produce a custom garment pattern.

    Abstract: Methods for production of ethanol, distiller's corn oil, and enhanced co-products are disclosed. Methods include obtaining a mixture of one or more co-products of an alcohol production process, which may include wet cake, performing hydrolysis of polysaccharides in the mixture to generate fermentable sugars, fermenting the fermentable sugars in the mixture to produce alcohol, distilling the mixture to remove alcohol from the mixture thereby producing alcohol-containing distillate and enhanced whole stillage, removing released oil from the fermented mixture before distillation and/or from the enhanced whole stillage after distillation, and recovering enhanced wet distiller's grains, enhanced thin stillage, and/or enhanced dried distiller's grains. Compositions disclosed herein include enhanced dried distiller's grains having a crude protein content of at least 45% on a dry weight basis and having a total fat content of less than 10% on a dry weight basis.

In this way, a material residence time is regulated, and cycles of hydrolytic acidification and carbon chain extension are shortened, thereby achieving the high-value conversion of agricultural waste while increasing a conversion rate of organic acids in the dry anaerobic digestion.

The cooling channel is arranged in the cover plate and includes an inlet and an outlet. The inlet and the outlet are respectively located at two sides of the cover plate. One side of the heat dissipation fin assembly is in contact with a surface of the cover plate, and an other side of the heat dissipation fin assembly is located in the container. Through the above structure, a usage amount of heat transfer fluid injected into the container of the cooling device is lower than that of a conventional immersion cooling device.

The force-sensitive layer is installed on the first conductive layer or the second conductive layer. When the first protective layer receives the pressing force, an electric connection between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer is established, and the force-sensitive layer generates an analog sensing signal in response to the pressing force. When a magnitude of the pressing force is changed, the analog sensing signal is correspondingly changed according to an impedance change of the force-sensitive layer.

    Abstract: An electric-carrier power-supply device for use in an electric carrier is provided. The electric-carrier power-supply device includes a piezoresistive sensor, a battery interface, and a power-management unit (PMU). The battery interface is connected to an on-board battery and receives power from the on-board battery. The PMU controls power to a motor of the electric carrier. A piezoresistive strain gage is disposed between a contact area between the battery interface and the on-board battery, and is used to detect a pressure value of the contact area. The piezoresistive sensor receives the pressure value detected by the piezoresistive strain gage, and converts the pressure value into a resistance value. The piezoresistive sensor determines whether the resistance value is within a safe resistance value range to generate a resistance-value-determination signal. The PMU determines whether to provide power to the motor is according to the resistance-value-determination signal.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for refining 5-fluorouracil, comprising the following steps: dissolving 5-fluorouracil in an organic solvent, preferably DMSO, heating and stirring until dissolved; naturally cooling the filtrate until a crystal is precipitated; filtering, washing a filter cake using a polar solvent, and draining and drying under reduced pressure. By using the new refining method, the content of impurities in 5-fluorouracil may be reduced to less than 0.01%, the product purity is more than 99.98%, and the refining yield is higher than 70%. In addition, the refining method of the present invention has a simple process, convenient operation, low production costs, high product purity, a stable process, and is suitable for industrial production.
