  • Patent number: 11521108
Abstract: Emails or other communications are labeled with a category label such as “spam” or “good” without using confidential or Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The category label is based on features of the emails such as metadata that do not contain PII. Graphs of inferred relationships between email features and category labels are used to assign labels to emails and to features of the emails. The labeled emails are used as a training dataset for training a machine learning model (“MLM”). The MLM model identifies unwanted emails such as spam, bulk email, phishing email, and emails that contain malware.

  • Publication number: 20220366253
Abstract: An all-optical Diffractive Deep Neural Network (D2NN) architecture learns to implement various functions or tasks after deep learning-based design of the passive diffractive or reflective substrate layers that work collectively to perform the desired function or task. This architecture was successfully confirmed experimentally by creating 3D-printed D2NNs that learned to implement handwritten classifications and lens function at the terahertz spectrum. This all-optical deep learning framework can perform, at the speed of light, various complex functions and tasks that computer-based neural networks can implement, and will find applications in all-optical image analysis, feature detection and object classification, also enabling new camera designs and optical components that can learn to perform unique tasks using D2NNs. In alternative embodiments, the all-optical D2NN is used as a front-end in conjunction with a trained, digital neural network back-end.

  • Publication number: 20220359279
Abstract: Embodiments herein are generally directed to methods of forming high aspect ratio metal contacts and/or interconnect features, e.g., tungsten features, in a semiconductor device. Often, conformal deposition of tungsten in a high aspect ratio opening results in a seam and/or void where the outward growth of tungsten from one or more walls of the opening meet. Thus, the methods set forth herein provide for a desirable bottom up tungsten bulk fill to avoid the formation of seams and/or voids in the resulting interconnect features, and provide an improved contact metal structure and method of forming the same. In some embodiments, an improved overburden layer or overburden layer structure is formed over the field region of the substrate to enable the formation of a contact or interconnect structure that has improved characteristics over conventionally formed contacts or interconnect structures.

  • Publication number: 20220331153
Abstract: A cold and/or hot compress system, comprising a water bag (101), an air bag (102), a water circulation assembly (2) in fluid communication with the water bag (101) and a pneumatic assembly (3) in fluid communication with the air bag (102). In the cold and/or hot compress system, the water circulation assembly (2) is independent from the pneumatic assembly (3). Therefore, during the delivery of a cooling or heating therapy, the independent pneumatic assembly (3) can be driven by an air pressure waveform defined by parameters pre-stored in a control panel (402) to cause the water bag (102) to apply cold/hot compress to a region of interest of a patient's body. Independent water and air circulation paths in the system avoid interference between water and air flows therein, allowing the system to applied more stable compress with minimized pressure errors. Moreover, a more constant water flow rate and a more uniform temperature distribution across the surface of the water bag are achievable.
