The apparatus is configured to transmit two-part HARQ-ACK feedback for the downlink transmission(s) based on: a first compression data set for a first HARQ-ACK codebook and a second compression data set for a second HARQ-ACK codebook, and/or a third compression data set based on a combination of the first and second HARQ-ACK codebooks. Another apparatus is configured to configure a UE with a first configuration for a first compression data set, a second compression data set, or a third compression data set, or a second configuration for a first rate, a second rate, or a third rate. The apparatus is configured to receive two-part HARQ-ACK feedback for a downlink transmission(s) based on the first and second compression data sets or the third compression data set.

The first copper tape includes a layer of carbon nanotubes sandwiched between a first copper layer and a second copper layer. Abstract: Provides a flexible copper clad laminate, which includes a polyimide substrate; a nickel-copper alloy layer; and a copper layer. The nickel-copper alloy layer is formed on at least one side of the polyimide substrate by electroless plating and comprises at least nickel, copper and phosphorus. A content of the copper is more than 30 wt % of the nickel-copper alloy layer, a content of the phosphorus is less than 5 wt % of the nickel-copper alloy layer, and a corrosion potential of the nickel-copper alloy layer in a 0.02 vol % sulfuric acid solution is greater than ?20 mV. The copper layer is formed on a side of the nickel-copper alloy layer away from the polyimide substrate and combined with the nickel-copper alloy layer to form a metal conductive layer. In addition, the aforementioned flexible copper clad laminate has electrochemical corrosion resistance and sufficient peel strength, facilitating the production of flexible printed circuit boards.

Abstract: A pallet positioning method includes: defining a size parameter of a pallet; defining a pallet feature of the pallet according to the size parameter; obtaining an on-site image; defining a projection datum; calculating a projection plane coordinate based on the projection datum; transforming the on-site image to a perspective adjusted image according to the projection plane coordinate; obtaining a first pallet image in the perspective adjusted image according to the pallet feature; calculating an inclined angle of the first pallet image; rotating the first pallet image according to the inclined angle; obtaining a second pallet image; obtaining a position information of the pallet based on the second pallet image; and obtaining a three dimensional information of the pallet according to the inclined angle and the position information. A pallet positioning system is also disclosed.

Abstract: In various example embodiments, techniques are provided for detecting surface corrosion on infrastructure. A training dataset that includes images of infrastructure that have at least some surface corrosion is received. A red-green-blue (RGB) color channel-based classifier is optimized, wherein the optimizing selects one or more color indices for pixels and determines one or more bounds for each of the selected color indices that indicate a pixel is a corrosion pixel or non-corrosion pixel. The optimized RGB color channel-based classifier is applied to the images to label corrosion segments in the images and produce a labeled training dataset with labeled corrosion segments. The labeled training dataset is used to train a semantic deep learning model to enable the semantic deep learning model to detect corrosion segments.

The method comprises: operating multiple test items for each IC on the wafer to generate measured values of the multiple test items for each IC; selecting a target IC and neighboring ICs on the wafer repeatedly. each time after selecting the target IC executes the following steps: selecting a measured value of the target IC as a target measured value and selecting measured values of the target IC and the neighboring ICs as feature values of the target IC and the neighboring ICs; executing a transformer deep learning model to generate a predicted value of the target measured value; and identifying outlier ICs according to the predicted values of all the target ICs and the corresponding target measured values of all the target ICs.

First information is output in response to determining that the first detection space enters the first status. Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for obtaining cells having a high migration ability or cells having a high proliferation ability as cells having an increased therapeutic effect on diseases. The present invention is a method for preparing cells for treating diseases, a method for promoting a migration ability of cells, and a method for promoting a proliferative ability of cells, each of the methods comprising subjecting cells to ultrasonic treatment. The frequency of the ultrasonic treatment is preferably 30 kilohertz to 2.0 megahertz, and the cells are preferably mesenchymal stem cells. In addition, the present invention also includes cells obtained by the preparation method of the present invention.

Abstract: A method for switching audio reception in a video conference and a video conferencing system are provided. In a case of starting the video conference, relative positions of participants in a conference space and behavioral events of participants are obtained by identifying a video signal. Based on the behavioral event of each participant, whether each participant is in a non-speaking behavior is determined. When a participant is determined to be a non-speaker in the non-speaking behavior, an audio reception range of an audio reception device is adjusted to filter a voice of the non-speaker based on the relative position of the non-speaker in the conference space. When a participant is determined to be a speaker not in the non-speaking behavior, the audio reception range of the audio reception device is adjusted to receive a voice of the speaker based on the relative position of the speaker in the conference space.
