A part of a depletion region is formed between each first trench well and the epitaxy layer and between a body structure layer corresponding to the each first trench well and the epitaxy layer, and a rest part of the depletion region is formed between a second trench well corresponding to the each first trench well and the epitaxy layer. The plurality of second trench wells increase a breakdown voltage of the power MOSFET device and reduce a conduction resistor of the power MOSFET device.

    Abstract: A modularized integrated non-coaxial multiple chamber dry vacuum pump is formed by at least two modularized vacuum chambers that can be integrated into a solid multiple stage dry vacuum pump. These chambers are connected in serial to allow gas to pass through and be discharged directly to the atmosphere. Each chamber contains a pair of lobes of its own and at least one chamber does not share at least one coaxial axle with another chamber. At least two chambers do not share all co-axial(s) and can have their own power drive at different RPMs from either different motors or transmissions.

The multiplex network connects the n sensing lines and the k ADCs by time-domain multiplexing. The processing unit is coupled to the k ADCs. At least a part of the driving lines and at least a part of the sensing lines are assigned to be electrically connected. The processing unit senses according to multiple frequencies to obtain multiple signal strength values, and selects the frequency corresponding to a smallest signal value to be a sensing frequency of the capacitive touch device.
