    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of biology, and in particular relates to an attenuated strain of African swine fever virus (ASFV) with IPTG-induced deletion of a D1133L gene and use thereof. In the present disclosure, it is firstly found that the D1133L protein of ASFV can inhibit production of IFN-? and downstream cytokines ISG-15 and ISG-56, and can be used as an immunosuppressant with a relatively strong immunosuppressive effect. In addition, the attenuated strain of ASFV with IPTG-induced deletion of the D1133L gene is constructed. Specifically, a screening expression cassette is inserted into a position before the non-structural protein gene D1133L of the ASFV using an Escherichia coli lac operator-repressor system, to obtain a recombinant virus. In the presence of the IPTG, the recombinant virus has similar characteristics to a wild-type virus; and in the absence of the IPTG, the expression of the D1133L protein is inhibited.

    Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of African swine fever (ASF) treatment, in particular to use of a compound aprepitant in prevention or treatment of the ASF. In the present disclosure, it is found that the compound aprepitant can significantly inhibit replication of an African swine fever virus (ASFV); in addition, it is found that the aprepitant inhibits transcription and protein expression of D1133L, and reduces transcription and protein expression levels of p30 and p72, preventing virus invasion on host cells. Therefore, the compound aprepitant can be used to inhibit early and late infection of the ASFV. Accordingly, the compound aprepitant can be used to prevent or treat the ASF.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for preparing an aloe extract. The method comprises steps of, mincing a mesophyll of an Aloe in water; heating the minced mixture to 60-80° C.; filtering the mixture to produce a first filtrate; drying the first filtrate; reconstituting the dried first filtrate in water; subjecting the first filtrate or the reconstituent to column chromatography and eluting the column with a first polar solvent; concentrating the eluent; purifying the concentrate with active carbons; filtering the purified concentrate to produce a second filtrate; concentrating the second filtrate; and adding a second polar solvent to the concentrated second filtrate thereby producing the aloe extract. The present disclosure also encompasses the aloe extract prepared by the present method. Said aloe extract has desired contents of O-acetyl groups or polysaccharides, and is useful for manufacturing food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic products.

    Abstract: A method to set up the parameters of solder paste screen printer while in a new product introduction (NPI). The method includes establishing a solder-printing database of a predetermined product and a database of different specifications of products, and training a first prediction model by reference to a solder paste screen printer (SPSP) and a solder paste inspection (SPI) based on the solder-printing database. A second prediction model is trained by reference to the SPI based on the database of different products. The method further includes predicting parameters for products with different specifications under multiple sets of printing parameters based on the first and second prediction models. An objective function based on the predicted measurements is established, and a specification of a product and a printing expectation parameters are input to the objective function for outputting many sets of printing-suggestion parameters of the new product.
